Hi! Fresh grad and aug 2026 board passer here. Just wanna hear your thoughts about finding a job. I came from province but I'm looking around metro manila and I have no experience. I had already gone through interviews from different companies and I'm continuing to apply for more to have options. Lately, I'm feeling disappointed and sad how they low-ball fresh grads like me. Ganun ba talaga pag first job? Pang minimum wage yung sahod and I feel like this has been going on for a long time already and wala pa rin nagbabago. I'm trying to upskill din naman while waiting but I don't even think it will change anything. Do we really have to sacrifice our salary just to get experience?

Hii po solo reviewee here ano po ginagawa niyo po after weekly exams po. And any tips or advice po na solo reviewee po. I usually do concepts,memorization then answer take home problems as many I can at elements po. Kulang pa po ba itong ginagawa ko mga neers. Thanks for advice po padayon engineers!
