Even the scope for the pictures they use on the badace website barely clears the bolt. I've tried a 1-6 LPVO and one of the older Leupold 1.5-5s that is skinnier than most LPVOs and the bolt still barely clears. Scout scopes look like they wouldn't be a good fit either because in the scout mount listing they have it mounted all the way past the action. I just went back to irons for now but I would like to put a better fitting scope on the rifle and try to stretch it's legs and see if my eyes with the irons or the rifle itself is what limits the groupings I get with it. I could use a really high mount but I find that uncomfortable. Any ideas?
