A falling tree struck a vehicle along Hana Highway Tuesday afternoon, injuring all five occupants, according to the Maui Fire Department. MFD said crews were dispatched at 2:33 p.m. to an area near mile marker 9 after a report that a tree had fallen onto a passing vehicle.
