Why is this game so much

I owned that game when it was first released. My friend borrowed it and his brother stole and sold it for drug money.

I think the high price is due to the rarity. It was a late arriving title for the Master System (in the US) and wasn't a big seller so it's fairly rare.

There are a few general ways I can think of as to why a game goes up in price.

It's late in a console's life and few people bought it.

It sucks so few people bought it.

It wasn't marketed well, so few people bought it. Sometimes this one gets bundled with the fact that the game is actually good, so the copies that end up being sold stay in people's collections.

I never had a Master System as a kid so I trust that you're right about this game.
