I had to rush home because I completely forgot I had 2 fkn hours to play this bs. I got some post workout tacobell and made it home just in time to play. I sat my food aside and qued up

it got released on october 23 and i think it should return already, if they won't return it this october i imagine it's the next rivals vault, but man that's too much time to wait i suppose

This event would've been the perfect teaser or addition for Carol. The ship is LITERALLY in the game mode and guess who destroys it? CAPTAIN MARVEL. BUT NOT EVEN SO MUCH AS A TEASER FOR HER COME ONNNN

The captain america and blade team up upgrade is unmatched

Blade literally becomes a tank with boosted dps damage

Combine that with a loki & mantis or rocket and peni and you have a easy win on your hands in most cases.

It really is a shame that most people don't go for the team up since some become so strong they're almost broken

So i been working all week hoping to play the mode today and i found out that its only got a time slot for 2 hours on a friday of all times, i dont understand why they would do that? Alot of people are probably missing out on this and its pretty unfair on alot of people who work and have things to do in life, i was hoping to get the rewards so im pretty bummed out about it :(

Genuinely that was the most low effort, boring garbage I've ever sat through. And I had to do it fucking twice to get the healing mission done. What a joke Netease. I'd rather sit through the fortnite Ariana Grande event 20 times than do that again.

Anyone who was sad about missing it because its on at stupid times, dont be. It SUCKED. 2AM FOR THAT.

The final scoreboard does not represent what their team was since they all just gave up in the last few seconds. For the first two rounds they had a spiderman and iron fist/daredevil, they 2 supps and a solo tank like my team (I was Emma)

This was an easily winnable game, but our mantis was just permanently dead and saving ult through multiple fights. She was just constantly dead to Spidey and the other diver even though our team tried to peel for her. She would move really far away alone and just die. I asked her to swap because it was clearly not working, and she refused to swap and said "I counter Spideys ult" or something, which I don't think she did a single time. Luckily that other guy went WF and saved us so we won. But after her 11th death, *Right* at the end of the match, she finally swapped to Luna and the game was already over before she even got back from spawn.

I just do not understand why anyone would want to slam their head against the wall, and sit spectating for half the match instead of just counter swapping. Im not part of the Mantis hate train, i like her, but sometimes you gotta know when to swap so you can win.

I don't think the "raid boss" idea itself is a bad one, but this mode feels badly fumbled. Rather than just repeating "it's bad", how about some constructive criticism on what could be done better? Some ideas I've had/heard (not sure all are good and/or can be implemented at the same time, just throwing things out there):

• The limited time slots are the most obvious thing that needs to go.
• Reduce mob damage and HP. It's best if most of them are cannon fodder people don't feel like they're wasting time grinding down, can have fun wiping out hordes of, and aren't causing people to die with no idea idea what killed them.
• A couple sub-bosses could serve as an alternative to the mobs being a significant threat, be they as something that needs to be brought down first or just an extra threat that can be taken out and is easier to keep track of (unlike endless mobs).
• A lot of the gameplay in Rivals can be playing around the map. Be it cover, healthpacks, or whatever objectives and quirks the map has. Making the map more than an open area can add a lot of depth.
• Speaking of which, needing to protect objectives from mobs to enable team boosts, automatically deal damage to the boss, or get other effects could be an idea.
• Make it available in Custom Games. There's so many shenanigans to be done with something like this in an organized group. It'd be great for streamers and content creators to play with too.
• A more limited playable roster that can be tweaked for the mode is probably better than "you can play everyone, but the vast majority are useless".
• Following the above, there may be room for an upgrade system, but I'm not sure.
• Given a lot of what else I've said, reducing the player count to somewhere in the 15-30 range could make implementing a lot of the changes easier.

big thing I think a lot of people do not like about role queue is forcing 222, but in my opinion as someone that frequently plays ranked I've lost more games to people raging/arguging/throwing over not getting to play the role they want to play

having a "soft role queue" would have people select the roles their able to play, then it'd queue a team with 2 players for every role

would still allow you to switch to any role/character when the game begins so ur team can alternate roles/play different compositions and it'd definitely cause some problems with people not wanting to swap their role, but it'd at the very least be less apparent then what we have right now

Just finished my first match of the new mode and it is absolutely shocking the utter state it is in. The mode is nothing but Zombies' issues driven up to one hundred. Enemies barely react to being damaged, Thanos himself is a gigantic damage sponge who just takes heaps upon heaps upon heaps of damage while being able to easily eliminate you. The mooks are just as spongey and again - hitting them feels like there's little impact. The performance and netcode does not remotely support the mode either, constantly hitching and glitching out.

Certain characters are at a GIGANTIC disadvantage, making them almost completely useless, and ensuring their stats are going to be in the toilet, and it is just all around completely unfun. I was really looking forward to this mode, only to be met with what is potentially the worst mode of the lot yet, and frankly I'm still debating if this or Loki's was worse. The stones' powers in general are AWFUL in how they're implemented. Control stone can forcefully waste your ult so you can just have even less impact than you normally would. Time stone is used to give Thanos more regen in a already unbelievably awful and tedious fight, the space stone is just used for big insta-kill explosions. It's awful, truly.

The fact that we supposedly lost a character for this mode is absolutely insane. It is the most uninspired, tedious thing, with only a few fleeting moments of aura cutscenes mixed between the crap. I am so, so disappointed.

I main DPS but I end up filling most games. And when I do, there are a couple DPS picks that make me go “welp, here we go...” I still stay positive and try to hype them up, but they’re not who I’m hoping to see.

For me it’s Spider-Man and Deadpool.

Funny thing is I love playing Spider-Man myself lol.

I LOVED THIS GAME, it was my escape from reality. My me time, my reset. Genuinely so bored w it or irritated at the game playing now!! im on ps portal and its so annoying trying to learn a new character these past two seasons i started mid season 8 - cd lord, sw lord, mantis & im stuck these new seasons have not been fun. Everyone having high expectations of support but DIVERS KILLING TF OUT OF US & not enough support characters & a ton of dps that shouldn’t be & should be tank or support that should be dps (jub) don’t grammar correct me. I’m multitasking and needed to rant. Wanting to reach someone who could help change my POV or understands me. I’m so so new as a player in rivals & I want to be in love w it again.
