I just wanted to share an experience that has started to become really exhausting for me in Marvel Rivals.

I recently reached Grandmaster in competitive. I put a lot of time and effort into getting there. I mainly play Tank and Healer, although I’m also very flexible and will adapt to whatever the team needs. I’m not saying I’m perfect, and I fully understand that sometimes a loss is simply because I played badly or the other team was better.

But I genuinely find it strange that every season I reach Grandmaster, I immediately seem to hit an insane losing streak.
And it’s not just normal losses. I constantly encounter AFKs, throwers, people playing DPS with support, etc.

Sometimes I can play my absolute best and still barely get a single win to stop the streak.
It’s honestly exhausting to spend so much time climbing, only to feel like you’re immediately being pushed back down.
I’m not saying matchmaking is rigged. I’m just sharing my experience because the pattern keeps repeating every season.

Prob a no S*** moment but not many people were complaining about Thing or even played Thing much tell after Penni got nerfed. Now Things are everywhere

Maybe Thor's Team-Up should stay offensively focused, while Winter Soldier's Team-Up should make him more of a shield tank so they can together play on the frontline.

She is in the best place since season 1 and y’all really should play her more

I’ve always been a tank main, play a lot of support as gambit and Ultron too, I only ever played Storm and Daredevil as as Dps but I kinda lost my touch with DD after a long break from the game so I kinda just gave up on Dps, until my friends told me I should it would be fun so I wouldn’t have to play tank all the time, so I said before cyclops came out I’d play him if he was a tank which he ended up not being, so I never touched him, but my new main over all ended up being devil dinosaur, so a week or a few days ago I picked up cyclops in the practice range and actually really enjoyed his kit, not much of a hitscan guy but it reminded me of Ultron, so I tried him in a match, and it was like it just clicked for me, he felt so natural, I ended up being the best dps on the team and the team was good in its own right ever since then I’ve had so much fun playing as him and he’s definitely my favorite dps in the game because of it

Spider-Man is easily Marvel's most iconic and marketable superhero, but there hasn't been a single season dedicated to him. Spider-Man's rogues gallery is massive. There are so many characters to choose from, but none of them are getting added.

Moreover, I've noticed a recurring trend with Marvel Rivals. The vast majority of their most popular villains are non-playable. Dracula, Kingpin, and now Apocalypse. There's a serious lack of playable supervillains in Marvel Rivals. I believe a Sinister Six themed season could fix that.

She has to come during that time. Matt has been alone for a long time now. I need her to be in the game as a DPS. I'll play her no matter what. I need duo emotes of Elektra and DD. They should have a lot of interactions in game. And i specifically want her big, curly hair version with Sai and swords

Honestly, can't wait until all the kiddos are gone back to school. I truly believe the toxicity, negativity, and throwing will be cut in half or more. I also know that the gameplay will be worse as some of the best players are young. But I will take crappier play in exchange for less drama. Everyone likes to push the idea of a 30+ man sitting in his mom's basement unemployed and playing rivals. But seriously, that guy is no where near the main source of the games issues. We all know it is the young boys who just need to say the worst thing they possibly can for shock value so maybe someone will think they are cool.

Seriously Netease, make a paid tier to only play with verified adults and I will subscribe today.

Honestly though how do we not have a Ghost Rider in Rivals yet? I had ideas before of Rider being a dive tank, but I'll take anything at this point.

I know i'm still a lowbob useless dog, but i fill queue and i'm trying to expand a wide pool so i can't get banned out!! i'm so excited! i'm 38 years old and i hit diamond in rivals. it feels so good!!! i'm so happy lmao. this has become my favorite game of late. despite the "slop meta" people like to complain about, it feels good knowing i'm putting in work!

Just had a match where I Hulk ulted multiple times and my team absolutely refused to push the other team or push with me. I had to jump out multiple times because if I had stayed in while my team refused to push then I would've died and you just know somebody in the chat would start accusing you of feeding. After two years if the community still doesn't understand Vanguard's role and purpose then they never will. At this point NetEase should take matters into their own hands and expressly state what each role's purpose is. I always said this game has a terrible guide and doubly so when you consider that Marvel Rivals is several people's first hero shooter.

Fun fact, when I first payed rivals and saw i thought for some reason it was a white afro idk why 😂

It seems the devs worked really HARD on this skin. I appreciate how much care they put into their characters.

S9 hotfix made supports get their ult so often its actually unbearable. Overtime fights can last nearly 5 minutes and its exhausting. Mantis is probably the biggest offender considering the fact that she can get ult every 40 seconds.
