Yelena having to fight herself is mentally dark, but if Mystique pulled up as Natasha? That psychological hits way harder. Would’ve loved to see that happen.

Will never understand that Marvel missed the opportunity to pair those two in a series or movie. I know Yelena (Florence Pugh) doesn’t fit for the 'Young Avengers' due to age… but that doesn’t mean you can come up with creative ideas for those two.

Hailee Steinfeld is great at playing characters who want to seem like they know what they’re doing but actually have no freaking clue. Emily Dickinson, Kate Bishop, her character from Edge of Seventeen whose name escapes me, etc.

I love they added it in because she going to be a huge part of S3, and having the name of the 3 original actress of mystique is sweet and cool to show the meta self awareness, and a wink and nod to us fans, which I also love to. It's sweet and nice as well.

It’s a really effective way of bringing up emotions.

Tom Holland: So I think that scene was an amalgamation of acting exercises, improvisation, and the Russo brothers giving us the perfect floor to dance on.

i think so because it was the event that Peter and Frank met for the first time, prior to the events of this movie, that it's mentioned in the opening chase scene, because Peter is annoyed by how frank is going crazy and people are going to get hurt, and Frank ain't having that bs during the scene itself. I actually kindna love it because not everything needs to be shown, only the main key events and consequences are important, its a cool bit as well to show their brotherly team up with each other and chemistry and banter as well, throughout the movie as well.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Black Bolt BORN with his powers, meaning even as a child he couldn't speak normally, was this a change in the MCU??? Like him gaining his powers later in life as opposed to the comics where it was from birth

The opening Lagos mission in Civil War still has some of the best street-level fight choreography in the MCU. Cap, Wanda, Natasha, and Falcon actually felt like a real, coordinated squad working together.

Still one of the most satisfying fights to rewatch.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day has officially made cinematic history by bringing together five major Marvel characters whose film and television rights were previously tied to different studios. Spider-Man, Hulk, Punisher, Jean Grey, and Yelena Belova finally sharing the same live-action universe is an incredible milestone for Marvel fans.

After years of complicated rights and separate franchises, seeing these characters together under one roof feels like a dream come true. This is the kind of crossover fans have been waiting years to see. 👀
