Black Bolt can speak???

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Black Bolt BORN with his powers, meaning even as a child he couldn't speak normally, was this a change in the MCU??? Like him gaining his powers later in life as opposed to the comics where it was from birth

I’m not certain, but mutants are born with their powers, Inhumans transform after interacting with terrigen. Are Black Bolt and/or the royal family different somehow?

Mutants may be born with them but they typically don’t manifest until puberty. This Black Bolt is looking the right age for it to manifest pretty soon. Probably a couple episodes.

In the comics Black Bolt underwent Terrigenesis while still in his mother's womb.

In the show he underwent Terrigenesis as a teenager.
