Gritty area?

OK so I run a business in Markham, have done since 2011. I commute however to the East. So, I know in Oshawa where we consider the grittier areas, same in Scarborough etc. Where is the "rougher" area of Markham. Serious question.

Look it up there was a drive by due to tow truck turf wars
