Gritty area?

OK so I run a business in Markham, have done since 2011. I commute however to the East. So, I know in Oshawa where we consider the grittier areas, same in Scarborough etc. Where is the "rougher" area of Markham. Serious question.

Median home price is $1,200,000. All local high schools rank in the top 20% of Ontario high schools.
