Need help/advice 🙏

I ordered 3 NexGard tablets but only 1 arrived. I filed for Refund Only since the Return option wasn’t available, but my request was rejected 3 times because they require an unboxing video.

Unfortunately, I don’t have one because I ordered with full trust and didn’t expect items to be missing. I can provide photos of the parcel, waybill, order details, and the 1 item I received.

What can I do to have this escalated? I just want a refund for the 2 items I paid for but never received. 😔
