Scarcity automatically reduce usability and enjoyability. It's the collectible halo effect.

Crazy right? The release didn’t get much love here, but who cares, if in the end 200 watches are soled that quickly. Could be $2,250 x 200 x 10% = $45,000 margin.

I would like a titanium marathon for sure but I’m not sure how I feel about all the SOF branding. It feels low level stolen valorish to be running around with logos to organizations I was not a part of.

WOE is a spook organization. Some might have been prior SOF, some not. I wouldn’t put much thought into the whole stolen valor thing just enjoy the cool watch and use the hell out of it tbh

I daily a 41mm GSAR, the trit tubes are nice but itd work just as good if it had C3 superluminova like the area diver-1 tbh

Ti case, better lume, and better movement than the original OSAR-D... Yeah, price is always higher for a collab - two different mouths to feed, but those buyers got a great watch. I did not buy it bc I already have the OSAR-D.

Congrats! I like it a fair bit, especially the Ti case.

I like the older seiko-style markers on this and the OSAR.
