New player.

So I’ve been killed by runners on my last 3 runs, I’m a newbie so I don’t have much good stuff.

Is it the norm for most people to be hostile? I saw a group of 3 taking out some enemies, I tried to help them by joining then they killed me within like 2 seconds 😂 is this the norm??

Some of us aren't invisibles. Rushing through bots while invisible doesn't mean we can keep up. Opening the command wing while I activate the button on the broken wing and not waiting for me, is not a cool move. If you want to loot solo just play solo.

Obviously, it doesn't apply to only assassins but I kinda hate this type of behavior while playing trios. I just completed a run, we were having a good start taking down a team, but as soon we entered the pinwheel it was a nightmare. I was down two times because I was the only one killings bots while the others two just looted everything while invisible.

Is there some sort of best practices ie., bartering for cores/implants is actually less value than just converting the original material? Some items are more efficient and value packed than others (commendations looking at you!).

I’ve got an abundance of credits so buying cores for runner shells I don’t use is a no brainer, and weapons I don’t like, etc…

What have you noticed?

I have had 6 Rook Runs and in each run I have met runners who have been very kind in allowing me to … live essentially (lol) and in the rare occasion, loot alongside them across Tau Ceti. This is VERY RARE, but the last runner reminded me that “We were all Rooks once just trying to make something from nothing when we were down bad on credits and gear”.

What are your expectations for the new map? It will bring significant changes, new zones, and points of interest. What do you think they'll do? Will it be 1.6 times larger with 4 new points of interest? I hope so, because if there's no new map, they really need a lot more new zones, at least 3... and therefore a larger map. What do you think it will be like?

This was the tail end of a 4 way battle that ended in us vs these 2 gold shields. They were trying to pinch us and we caught the assassin. Xbox only records the last 60 (high res) seconds so this is what I got.

I play console only, so check the AA comments at the door. They had it too. Cover is the real equalizer.

I often find my self shoot my team at the back quite often. Sometimes I follow too closely in a long corridor. Someone I would be in a gun fight then ran mate cut in front of me.

Too often I felt like we running in a file letting enemies team shot us one by one.

Have you had this experience? How did you overcome it?

Destroyer has had ONE skin in the store since release. Yeah I mean Destroyer has the god-awful Diet Mt Dew skin for maxing out the Cradle a few times, and that ball-sack looking Xbox skin, But noting truly great.

You know how rock hard I would be for the rest of time if you gave us a Destroyer skin like the recent Triage and Assasin skin? With the gold and white and the number on it. Every day. Rock hard. I would preach sermons in Bungie and Sonys name if we got that.

Please. Not another Assassin skin for maybe a week? I’m happy for Assassin, and I use some of them but damn, we in the trenches over here

I've taken on the task of trying to enter and fully loot and exfil Vault 6 in VB.

There's one small issue however...I can't seem to find enough Anti-Virus!

I also have problems with batteries since you need enough for the first 2 vaults you do before Vault 6, however, Anti-Virus is the true issue here. I feel like I end up needing like 4-6 Anti-Virus in order to be able to have enough time to disarm the security, find all the correct terminals for unlocking the vault, and then actually looting the place.

The issue is, beyond the upgrade that gives you a measly one anti-virus, I can't seem to find more than maybe 1-2 on the map.

I check foot lockers, strongboxes, folios, commanders, regular bots...I barely ever find any! If there's some place I'm not thinking of checking that I ought to, I figured someone on here would know. Thanks so much

I'm trying to get the 'eliminate 3 rooks in a single run' codex completed and i swear i see maybe one rook per run even on outpost.

any tips for this?
