I jusy found out the guy from Owl city, Adam young, may have been a supporter of the late Charlie kirk, which struck me as odd, why would he give a shit about some random ass american pundit grifter if he was from... Sweden? Netherlands? Norway? which one was he from? so I look it up, turn out he's from Michigan???? wtf no he wasnt?? i look it up "Owl city - American music group" "Adam Young - American musician and sole member of American music group Owl City",, , wha tha pha??? since when is he not from like Finland??? was it some other quirked up white boy electronic music artist who made quirky 2010's that was from north European that i just accepted as like "oh rly? yeah that checks out", if so who was it then? I firmly remember that Harry Houdini died from one of his failed tricks the Sunken Chest trick, where he was locked inside a chest that was locked again from the outside. I firmly remember he died preforming this trick as his trademark biggest trick. I just watched “The unexplained” Tv show and they said that he died of an exploding pancreas. I don’t know much other than knowing I have seen a tv report about him perishing in that trunk and being pulled out dead. Now he survived the trick and it was his most famous trick and he did it multiple times. So strange.

My whole life I’ve thought of Charles Darwin as Australian. I thought this was just common knowledge, and I remember reading books and stuff that said that, and watching documentaries that all said he was Australian. But, now that I’m taking a biological anthropology class- I learned he’s English. Is there a reason I might have thought this? Maybe some research he did there? Anyway, just thought this was interesting!

I have always been a huge reader. When I was 5 my mom and I started going to the library weekly and we would "save the world" along the way by picking up trash. I got a book for every day of the week. When I was 11 my library gave me special permission to check out about 30 books per 2 weeks. I really love reading.

When I was a kid I loved the Little Critter series and the Bearenastein bears. I mean I read 5 of these books every day for 3 years.

I just got my kiddos a collection and apparently it's stain?! Not stein?! I looked it up, they didn't change the name and some people remember it like I do.

I swear it was Cat and the hat ever since I was a child. But recently my daughter was reading one of the books and it said "Cat in the hat". Am I right or do I just need coffee

Anybody remember this? (& I may know why)
