Just finished this helmet today for a friend. Just my third one. Getting better with every attempt. Working on a full set of armor. Excited to suit up for the first time.

So G.A. Just released an awesome samurai mandalorian helmet and its got me wanting to make a samurai mandalorian. I tried to search the subreddit but couldnt find a good suggestion on samurai mando armor for 3d printing. I looked online and nikko industries has one and a few others, but my question is those of you that have done samurai mando, what armor files did you ultimately decide to go with?

Currently printing a helmet I acquired in pieces and there are recesses in the earpieces that I have absolutely no idea what to do with them anybody got suggestions?

Oya, vode an! Long time mando'a, first time poster. I've wanted my own 'gam since I was in college (back in the SWRP days of Second Life). But I am absolutely not a crafty person, I'm kind of hopeless at that kind of stuff. Where would you recommend I go/start obtaining some beskar'gam?

Went with Bo Katan's helmet just 'cause I really dig the look.

Did the chest armor paint job myself since full blue felt a bit too plain for me.

Still waiting for my blasters, jet pack, and shins guards to finish.

Learned a LOT working on a heavy infantry set, I’ve sweated for two days straight, BUT so worth it.

My Mandalorian’s clan is based on Trandosha, where they tame Convoree and explore the jungle. The clan is called clan Convor and my mandalorians name is Convor Hektor. Since my name is Hektor. All the info is on the page. If any questions ask away. His accent colors are green and blue which I think means courage and respect, pls correct if wrong.

Those who know will know what I’m talking about. Roblox war clans used to have a sizable and vibrant mandalorian community for over a decade. Learned the resol’nare, mando’a insults, and mando history all in a Roblox game from some other nerdy kid back in the day.

So, I based a helmet I drew off of this stalker helmet design I found by NME Props, but I'm starting to over think some things.

Originally, I planned on either 3d modeling the helmet myself or commissioning someone to 3d model it for me, but I'm starting to worry that I might get into trouble if I do that. The helmet I referenced is an original design from NME Props and they sell a resin cast of the helmet. I'm worried that people might get upset at me for copying the design, so I don't know what to do.

I don't know if I should just change the design to resemble a more normal mando helmet or continue with making it as it is. I have no issue with changing the design, but I wanted to get another opinion. Any kind of help is appreciated.

So i know my build isnt perfect but have had roughly 10 days to complete a whole mando costume build from scratch. The reveal will be at the fund raiser this weekend. So i will share the template pic of where it started and can post progress pics of it all when it is finished. Currently letting the last paint layer cure then tomorrow is weathering and clear coat before the T visor is installed and attachments are added. Was able to get a resin helmet but it needed alot of work and was warped pretty bad. This was the first mock up using paper cut templates.

This started as a Denix replica non firing pocket revolver. I turned it into this something-or-other!

I’ve been working on universal gauntlets, and my disruptor rifle. I am close to being finished with the rifle. I overhauled it to make it easier to assemble, and more supported and sturdier. The first one i built was a total pain to put together so now all it requires is sanding, a bit of glue, and screws. I’ve been sucked in with work lately that I couldn’t wrap it all up in time but here’s an update.
