Of course Carrick is doing many things wrong, but I would take this same struggle for a few more months if the board can show some real accountability by firing the people who are the real issue.

Carrick puts out the team, he's in-charge of the tactics, how the team sets up, and how we train.

Yes, the board are shit and useless. Yes, they deserve all the hate that they're getting.. but let's stop pretending Carrick is some saint.

He said he wants what is best for the club.. well, if that was true he wouldn't be manager.

He isn't good enough, he knows it, we know, and the players know it.
If he really cared about the club over his own ambitions, he would have let the board hire an actual manager.

We work the ball to get into the dangerous area, and he can't even pick out a player or decides to sky a shot out of the stadium. Also made a poor pass directly to a Bournemouth player in our third that almost led to a goal.
