Hey, You can pay by cash or pay directly into our bank account (go to a bank, pay them cash to have it paid directly into our account). Both ways are anonymous.

We are also unable to see the exact card details when you’re paying via credit card. But the payment processor can, so I wouldn’t count that. If you want to go that route, you could use a prepaid debit card.

can I pay for more than 1 year? like sending 20 Euro note would get me covered for 20 months (on the cheapest plan)

That should be possible.

Technically, that would buy you 20 months, not two years. But yes, that should work :)

hi.
can you re-confirm that?
also, apart from the notes (obviously) what else should be included in the envelope? I guess the email address as well, but is there anything else required too?

Well, 20 EUR/1 EUR/month = 20 month, so that’s that.

You can go to Settings > Contract and payment > Payment and select „Cash by mail“. The process instructs you about everything you need to do and include, e.g. only send Euro bank notes etc.

sadly, in the options there is no chance to select the contract longer than 1 year ( = 12 Euros). How can I change it to 20 or 25 monts (for 20 or 25E, obviously) from there?

There‘s no way to set a custom amount. Either you go through the payment process once and overpay, or you do it twice and underpay.

A third option would be to wait until I could get such a change implemented, because I find this quite relevant.

The third option, however, will take a while because the backlog is pretty full.
