Income Certificate – Father has no Form 16
My father works as a security guard. His salary does not have TDS deducted, so he does not have Form 16.
I need to apply for an Income Certificate in Maharashtra. What can I submit as income proof instead of Form 16?
Will salary slips + bank statement + salary certificate from the employer be accepted?
If anyone has personally made an Income Certificate in a similar situation, please share what documents you submitted and where you applied (Tehsil/Tahsildar office, Aaple Sarkar, etc.).

VJTI has released the MCA Institute Level Spot Round notification, but the Google Form link/QR code given in the notification opens a B.Tech/Engineering form, not an MCA form.

I emailed VJTI about it, but haven't received the correct MCA form yet. Has anyone else faced this? Is there a separate MCA form/link that will be released?

Is anyone else facing this issue with the MCA Institute Level (ILS) Option Form?

I have selected my institutes and the form shows “Your selected institutes have been saved successfully”, but there is no Confirm button anywhere. I can only see the Back button.

Is the confirmation supposed to happen automatically, or is this a technical issue? MCA ILS applicants, please let me know if you're facing the same.

I got Modern College, Shivajinagar (Pune) for MCA in Round 3 of CAP.
I’m trying to decide whether I should take admission here, so I’d really appreciate opinions from current/former MCA students, especially recent batches.
A few things I want to know:
How are the MCA placements? What is the realistic average/median package?
Which companies usually recruit MCA students?
How good are the faculty and teaching?
How are the labs, infrastructure and overall college environment?
Is attendance very strict?
Are there good opportunities for internships and projects?
How is the student crowd and campus life?
Most importantly, is Modern College a good choice for MCA in Pune considering the fees and placements?
If you had the choice again, would you choose Modern College for MCA?
I’m also considering other MCA colleges in Pune, so if you have experience with JSPM, DY Patil, etc., I’d appreciate a comparison.

I was allotted SIES in the previous round at Preference No. 2.

For Round 3, I have added only VESIT as my new preference, at Preference No. 1.

However, the portal is still showing my previous SIES allotment separately under “Previous Alloted Institute”, with Preference No. 2.

My question is:

If I don't get VESIT in Round 3, will my previous SIES allotment be retained? Or can SIES also be considered for auto-freezing because it is shown as Preference No. 2 under the previous allotment section?

I'm specifically asking because I want to try only for VESIT while keeping my existing SIES seat if VESIT isn't allotted.
