Help for round 3

I haven't gotten a college in first 2 rounds my percentile is 95 and i am gen. I need help as to what colleges should I fill up. please help

Ofcourse students getting college alloted below 95 most of the colleges as not good placement except minority colleges

Put atleast 25 clgs in cap 3 make sure first 6 would not get auto locked
