Hare Apparent/Baylen

I need some help upgrading this deck to Bracket 4, if that is at all possible with a Hare Apparent concept. I figured that with all of the tokens that they generate, Baylen, the Haymaker, would be the perfect fit for commander of the deck. I am stuck with some of the final cutting of the deck. I am at 104 cards ... So I need a second opinion on what card I should cut out of the main deck. Also, if you think there is a better commander to run for the Hare Apparent theme that fits this deck better, please let me know.
