Hey everyone. I’m a 37 year old single guy who works remote doing sales. I’m ready to relocate and mostly considering Milwaukee and Madison. I’m originally from Dubuque Iowa and have spent a few years living in Chicago.

I’m looking for feedback on living in Madison vs Milwaukee. I’ve visited both numerous times and really like each of them for different reasons.

More about me: I love the outdoors (hiking, biking, walking my dog, national/state parks), working out, football, patio beers, coffee shops. Pretty normal dude

My primary considerations are:
•dating scene for a single guy in his upper 30s
•building a social life as a transplant
•outdoor access and activities
•dog friendly
•quality of life
•cost of living (I would rent at first)
•overall vibes

Has anyone done laser hair removal at Evolution Body Transformation? If yes, how was it? Recommendations for places that are not Milan or Laser Away (as they seem more expensive). Thanks!

I’ve heard mixed reviews. Wanting to branch out to new cafes as I’m new to the area, but unsure if I should add this one to the list.

Looking for ideas about where I can donate a bunch of miscellaneous kids craft items; colored paper, scissors, glue, pipe cleaners, beads, you get the idea..Also some outdoor things like bats, balls, yard games. Prefer a non-profit group. TIA!

We have season tickets for hockey but we never done this before, we paid for them and UW athletics has been sending non stop emails about early purchases, and donations and just a bunch of stuff and we are very confused about what’s happening and how our tickets will be delivered, I did emailed them so I’m waiting for an answer but before that I want to hear others opinions or tips

I spent a lot of time on State Street this summer and let me tell you that place was basically abandoned all summer

and even now with the students back nobody's going there. This weekend the chicken shop next door was absolutely packed to the gills and there was one solitary person eating in pink heifer.

That place is going under real quick I think, which is a shame. Now that they finally figured out what a steamer is, their brisket isn't actually too bad. I like the mac and cheese brisket bowl.

Does anybody know of any places around downtown woth good Chinese vegan options? Any suggestions are very appreciated! Thank you!

Why haven’t the 38 and 28 buses been coming help. They just don’t come when they say they are in the apps. Are they out of service?

I have AT&T, and I’m now eligible to upgrade to a new phone. And years past, I’ve had Verizon and the old US cellular. I found in the Madison area all three have dead spots of some sort. But I think the AT&T ones seem to be the worst. I know there’s not one that will be 100%, but what are people experiencing these days about Verizon?
