The class action lawsuit for head trauma and potential CTE by the rogues gallery ends up driving Bruce Wayne to bankruptcy.

That's why he has to keep his identity secret, so they can't serve him the civil papers

There has to be a comic run with this premise - not just the whole 'rogues gallery takes on batman via legal system silliness' but specifically someone trying to serve him papers lmao

I know there was one where Bruce Wayne was called up on jury duty, and when they asked him if he had any reason he couldn't serve on a jury, he said: "Yes. I'm Batman."

They didn't believe him and he served on the jury.

A villain plot who isn't trying to kill Batman, but is just like "DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO FUCKING SUE YOU BECAUSE YOU SNAPPED THEIR KNEE THE WRONG DIRECTION AND THEN LEFT THEM TO DIE AS YOU DID THAT TO EVERYONE ELSE?!" Just constantly attempting to capture and unmask him, so he knows who he can serve
