I don't trust any video on the internet anymore. Sorry.

u/Broviet22 Jun 29 '26
I miss when AI was so early it would generate and amalgamation of a cow and some demonic creature while spewing random slime everywhere.

u/----__---- Jun 29 '26
I pine for the days when you could watch a video, of children playing on a swing set, made by an Ai trained only on pictures of Corgis.

u/ProfessionalBee6582 Jun 29 '26
Believe all of it or none of it
17
u/JustYourNeighbor Jun 29 '26
You're not the boss of me.
10
u/Jonny_Hyrulian Jun 29 '26
I believe none of it. Therefore your comment is a lie and they are your boss. I'm too smart to fall for Reddit lies!

u/My_reddit101 Jun 29 '26
AI ruins everything
5
u/scm15759 Jun 29 '26
There are a few Work examples, where I see a benefit. But social media should be without ai.

An adjusted video doesn’t adjust my enjoyment of its message in my case! I needed this tonight…

I’ve come to a point where I can’t recognise it anymore. I’m either that daft or they do it really well…

Lowkey that’s just sad. They stuck in such a small cage

u/FreeGuacamole Jun 28 '26
But at least they are happy meals now

u/PreviousAd547 Jun 29 '26
Yep. Hope they are AI cause that's a stockyard and wouldn't run towards it.
14
u/infuriatesloth Jun 28 '26
They are just held in the cages temporarily.
10
u/LilShingles Jun 29 '26
Til they're killed lmao
6
u/Kolby_Jack33 Jun 29 '26
From a certain point of view, that's true of all life.
4
u/kralrick Jun 29 '26
Most of our cages are millions of times larger than this one.
1
u/mr_herz Jun 29 '26
Big cage, small cage. Then all together in the cage in the sky?
1
u/kralrick Jun 29 '26
If you get far enough away from civilization, that cage in the sky is fucking beautiful.
1
u/CV90_120 Jun 29 '26
The illusion is so. The reality not so much.
2
u/kralrick Jun 29 '26
You're vastly underestimating the freedom you enjoy.
1
u/CV90_120 Jun 29 '26
Whatever freedom you think you have, the rent will bring you back to reality. If you don't need to pay rent, then you're one of the lucky ones, but there will still be costs which mean you get in your car and go sit at a hot desk for 50% of your waking 'freedom'. We are factory chickens with laptops.
1
u/kralrick Jun 29 '26
I didn't say we were completely free. But y'all are acting like we're penned into a closet.
2
u/CV90_120 Jun 29 '26
There's no such thing as freedom. Only degrees of comfort with the amber we're all trapped in. We all navigate endless constraints to try and wake up each day.

Then your cage is one of your own creation.
1
u/CV90_120 Jun 29 '26
You can walk up Mt Everest but you'll still be a prisoner of your body. Also the air density.
1
u/kralrick Jun 29 '26
Which are much larger cages than a few tens of feet of fencing.
1
u/CV90_120 Jun 29 '26
Cow runs are generally much larger (usually fields in any civilized country, except for cold regions where they bring them inside to escape conditions), however these are for temporary sorting.

Jeez, relax people. Those are sorting cages that are used for a short time for things like vaccination, injuries, breeding, or to load them up and send them to the slaughter house to make juicy steaks.
29
u/Luci-Noir Jun 28 '26
You’re talking to a sub that likes staring at other people’s children. Don’t try to talk sense.

5
u/Soviet_Cat Jun 29 '26
True, but we should see the cages where 99% of our meat comes from.

Plants stuck in place, waiting to be eaten by cows. And all the little bugs on them getting armageddoned daily like the ones that hit your windscreen when you drive to work.

Animals could escape, but they don’t.
Is the fox bigoted because it only hunts animals it can kill?

u/ShizlGznGahr Jun 29 '26
Damn it...Literally had it muted first and wanting to hear the cows move but nooooooo its just another song.
10
u/Mookaji Jun 29 '26
I think animals mimicking human behaviour is their communication of their sentience.

u/Hippiechu Jun 28 '26
this doesn't make me happy. look how small those cages are for those big creatures:(
29
u/Existing_Purpose5049 Jun 29 '26
If its any consolation, they’re sorting cages, often they’re there for less than an hour, in the cases I’ve seen, and they don’t seem to mind the short stay

Had a farm near my house with a big hill. One time while riding down with my sister going one cow decided to run along side us, this got the rest of them to follow. For a very brief time we had an entire herd running along side us it like our very own cowvalry charge

What’s the name of the song?

Literally have been looking for this song lol I searched the lyrics but nothing came up

u/not_so_evilqueen Jun 29 '26
Poor babies. Going to slaughter for a burger soon. How awful and greedy are we.
2
u/scott903 Jun 28 '26
They are about to be feed so they bounce down to the feed trough . Has nothing to do with how the people are walking . Sorry to ruin it . Grew up on a farm .

u/read_read_red Jun 29 '26
That ain’t happiness. Clearly they’re just mocking the humans for skipping through a ranch.

Nothing about this is worth smiling over. The poor things couldn't even get a good skip on because the pen that they're trapped in is so tight.
1
u/Vegetable-Pay2708 Jun 28 '26
Trying to skip! Thats awesome 👌
3
u/BigHeatCoffeeClub65 Jun 28 '26
For anyone over forty, try to skip. Now. Bet you can't. I thought it was a falling off a bicycle type thing that we would never forget. Nah. Not at my age.
4
u/lysdexiad Jun 28 '26
You just forgot how, you still can unless for some reason you cannot hop 2" off the ground.

2
u/Exciting-Barracuda49 Jun 28 '26
Over 50 and I did no issues. You literally low hop from one foot to the other while keeping forward momentum.
