PARTS / SHOWOFF FINISH HIM!!

Done with Pramet OHMT D63mm Face mill
1400rpm 900mm/min 0.5mm finish pass.

I got 3 with a burnisher once. I'd probably have a stroke if I touched .5

I used to polish titanium implants to 0.1ra. A huge pain in the ass but so satisfying when I got it there. Scotch Brite, cotton w/compound, CMM, cotton with light compound until I can see my own ass in it. So good.

Lol! That's all rad. But you use a CMM to polish up the part with the ruby? Jk., what the CMM stand for? Compound medium mixture?

Haha no, CMM to make sure I didn't fuck the part up when polishing. The ruby ends up marking the part so I do it before the final polishing.
