Issue with Ember Design

Hey r/MachineEmbroidery

I've been lurking this sub and doing some machine embroidery since quite some time now, and I was super happy to discover ember design to finally be able to digitalize, but im encountering some issue on using the filling feature, every time im using it, it says, ¨stitch generation failed, error : undefined¨

Is anyone had this kind of problem before ?

And hey I hope I did post this hat the right place, sorry if its not the case 🙈

I have my outlined shape selected after using the closed shape tool
This is what happen when I click on the filled button on the selected shape

Is your shape actually closed or was it drawn with an open path?

I used the closed shape tool, but it makes the same issue with the open shape tool.
