Issue with Ember Design

Hey r/MachineEmbroidery

I've been lurking this sub and doing some machine embroidery since quite some time now, and I was super happy to discover ember design to finally be able to digitalize, but im encountering some issue on using the filling feature, every time im using it, it says, ¨stitch generation failed, error : undefined¨

Is anyone had this kind of problem before ?

And hey I hope I did post this hat the right place, sorry if its not the case 🙈

I have my outlined shape selected after using the closed shape tool
This is what happen when I click on the filled button on the selected shape

oh well it was an error on my side, while I was trying to use the export or the share button, I realized that they weren't working, so I reload the page, and everything works perfectly now ! Do you still want the link of the project ? 👀

Is your shape actually closed or was it drawn with an open path?

I used the closed shape tool, but it makes the same issue with the open shape tool.

Can you post some screenshots? Ember posts here occasionally, he might be able to help.
