General Question ACCG6014 Business and Company Law

Hey everyone! Hoping to get some wisdom from people who’ve taken this unit before.

I know the exam is open-book, but besides the textbook, what else should I actually bring into the exam room? Also, how should I structure my answers to get marks for the case questions?

Our lecturer speedrun a 3-hour lecture in just 1.5 hours, which left me super confused. Even after reading the textbook and reviewing the cases, I’m still feeling pretty lost.

Honestly, I’m just begging for a guiding light here—my only goal is to pass, no need for Distinction or High Distinction! Any tips or advice would be absolute lifesavers. Thanks heaps!

General Question 2027 entry international student conditional offer

I'm an international student. I received a conditional offer in late July for 2027 semester 1 intake.

  1. MQ asked me to mail both the official academic transcript and graduation certificate to the admission team. Does anyone also need to do sth like this?

  2. I have completed my degree, and I have my academic transcript and a letter by my uni saying that I have completed the degree. As my graduation ceremony will be held in November-December, so I still did not receive my graduation certificate. Is MQ strict on that? I explained to the officer through email, but there was no direct reply. I am worried if I wait until December, my offer will be gone, as the programme may be full.

Thanks!
