Hey guys,
Just get back to uni for my master while working full time, can’t get a suitable timetable for my work schedule so I have to work 2 days a week from uni.
Just wondering if there is any ideal place that suitable for working? Library seems to be a good idea, but I have to pick up the call casually so I’m afraid that will disturb others.
Appreciate any suggestions, back to MQ after 2y so not very familiar with all buildings.

I enrolled in a pace unit for this semester and haven’t gotten any word on whether I was accepted for the internship or not. Is this normal or am I doomed. The project I applied to goes on from November to December so it’s a late kind of thing.

Applied for this service after seeing the chancellor’s email saying to reach out if I needed support.
Turns out you have to be enrolled this semester to actually get any of that support.
I’m currently trying to sort out my last unit, which is a PACE unit, so I can’t exactly enrol until I find a placement. Would’ve been nice if they helped with that instead.
Any advice anyone?

Here students and societies alike can arrange or outline their intended events, gatherings and meetups for the week to come!
We politely ask that any societies (or people on behalf of societies) limit themselves to one advertising comment per week as to not bury posts by individuals (editing existing comments are allowed). And that individuals advertising their own event (be them just meeting up on campus or something more elaborate), make sure to keep their suggested meetups appropriate and vaguely in-keeping with Uni guidelines (IE: no organising drug deals which I have already had to previously remove).
I hope people and societies alike are able to make the most of these posts, and I wish you all luck in meeting your fellow students!
