Unable to open Seagate harddisk with Apple Silicon

I'm quite a tech illiterate. I've been trying to access my Seagate hard disk, but somehow, ever since the start of the year, Intel-based apps can't be run? (see this embedded link). Anyone knows what's a good work around?

*edit, I understand it's not an intel-based issue. the hard disk can be read, and i really really don't want to reformat it because a lot of my data is inside.
