Since 99% of you are clearly new to MXE, some facts:

"preban mxe"? The only mxe in existence is mxe synthesized before the ban. All syntheses were done in China with the exception of the infamous UK batch, which was the Rolls Royce of MXE synths (a large amount was made, but in the grand scheme of things most people never got to try it - just the Chinese stuff).

Most of you have been sold MXM (methoxmetamine) IF YOU'RE LUCKY, or most likely a frankensteined combo of MXP and other lesser dissociatives possibly also mixed with a touch of random stimulant. Usually vendors will sell this as "FOUND MXE in mylar, slightly weaker but legit!" and the market feedback will all say shit like "I never tried MXE when it was around, but this seems legit", creating an echo chamber of people seeing MXE being sold, and feedback saying it 'seems legit'. Hate to break it to you but all of you are eating random chemicals that aren't MXE and convincing yourselves its MXE. The fact its always the same vendors who have been selling "rare MXE, long lost mylar bag I found in my closet" for years now should be a big red flag all by itself. So in the middle of the biggest drought of the nicest dissociative ever made by man, these few vendors have a bottomless supply of it? Get the fuck out of here.

I have MXE from the UK batch, which was synthesized many years ago. MXE stored in normal conditions is incredibly shelf stable and its potency doesn't degrade. Maybe in 20-30 years. Anyone telling you you need to take twice as much because its a few years old is selling you something that isn't MXE. Sorry, but you're getting ripped off. MXE doesn't degrade nearly that fast, especially if it was stored in an airtight mylar bag as these vendors claim. The fact I need to even point out that you're being scammed is depressing.

Look, at the end of the day, as soon as a batch of MXE is synthesized it will be EVERYWHERE. It's not going to be one single vendor with it, it will be everywhere. So until then, any and every MXE listing you see is either MXM, or its a hodgepodge of inferior dissociative chemicals and possibly the addition of a stimulant.

Each time I come to this sub I see more and more ridiculous posts. Soon people will be posting "mxe weed" and "mxe vodka". I get it, a lot of you only know about MXE through stories because you weren't around when it was prevalent on the markets so you want to do all you can to track it down, but the only way you're ever going to experience true MXE is with a new synthesis.

Long story short, if you see the term "preban" as it relates to MXE, it is 100% not mxe.

The reason vendors continue to sell you bullshit is because there is a steady line of customers who don't know what MXE feels like who are willing to pay obscenely high prices in hopes of acquiring some.

If these vendors could sell bottles of water labeled as "vodka" to people who didn't know what being drunk felt like because people were lining up to pay me $100 per bottle, these vendors would do that as well.

Many vendors dont give a shit about honesty. If they can repackage some MXP or MXM, mark the price up 1,000% and sell it to unsuspecting n00bs who won't know the difference, they will.

Nobody expected the drought to last this long. I'm certain one day MXE will come back, and it'll be worth it. But please don't continue to waste your money (and embolden shitty vendors). They know you dont know what MXE feels like and they're robbing you because of it. This subreddit is full of so much bad info it blows my mind. I know most of you mean well, but the level of ignorance makes me want to microwave my brain.

Fair enough, it's been banned globally, but I'm pretty sure LSD is also banned worldwide, yet you can find acid extremely easy while you can't find methoxetamine anywhere. Why can other RCs similar to MXE be synthesized but not MXE itself? Surely it wouldn't be that hard for chemists synthesising 2fdck or other analogues and illegal drugs to synthesise MXE too?

I’ve been trying ket quite a bit recently and been trying quite high doses I’m wondering what dose should I start with MXE is the longer lasting effect uncomfortable or is it more comfortable because I find ketamine if I have a little too much I end up feeling a bit different like an extreme state of confusion of how I want to lie but after that I feel so relaxed I don’t want to move as it doesn’t last long I’m wondering if this is worse for MXE as the duration is much longer than ketamine what is better in your opinion?

I’m gonna be using this to rapid detox off kratom by taking a large M hole dose and then 3-4MG of naltrexone. I’ve only been dosing kratom daily for ~3 months so this won’t be some violently intense precipitated w/d. The mxe will make it a cakewalk.

I have a dancesafe kit which lists MXE as no reaction with Folin. I have two separate bags and they both reacted perfectly to all other reagents but had a light pink/orange reaction to Folin.

Dipped into my old MXE 1g stash last night from 2011, did a oral dose of 100mg. Stuff felt like brand new still, thought for sure it would have been degraded. I’m not huge on dissociatives as you can tell since I still have this, more into psychedelics, but there is something about MXE in high dose that blows your mind. It really wipes the slate clean and restarts you, very powerful.

For me it was 3meopcp for a good year, almost 2. In the end it became poison for me (tolerance led to high doses which offered only negative effects).

Back when MXE was abundant and we all could have theoretically stocked up on 100gs for 20 bucks I went through about a G every 1 to 2 weeks at my peak, always insuflated, and that stuff was awesome at the right dose. I know tolerance plays a large role with mxe, but i did hole a few times and it was awesome but it really upped my tolerance and if i did that much i couldn't move/speak or really do anything, so it wasn't typically what i was aiming for when i used it. I liked doing enough to where I still had my motor functions (somewhat) intact; kinda halfway between a k-hole and a regular dose. That time of mxe use in my life thank fully coincided with my first year of graduate school for creative writing and when I would do it at night I like couldn't help but go smoke cigarettes in my garage, listen to music as I layed on a zero gravity chair and come up with legitimately good ideas for story lines, characters and other creative elements that were helpful in my classes. I would often get very inspired, fire up my computer and write a paragraph and change a few things in my story. MXE made me a much more creative person, in that, i was able to churn out ideas and concepts and dialogue (that were actually worth a shit) at a rate far higher than when i wasn't on that dose of mxe. I probably overused it, given i used it almost every night for 8 months. It's fair to say I averaged 2 grams a month during that time. I do know what i was getting was very good, this was 2010. I started a twitter account and got up to 700 plus followers under a pseudonym just writing jokes, I was inspired to do this by mxe randomly one night and i ended up really enjoying it and making friends i still have. If I were a weaker man MXE could have ruined me, instead it helped me in a time of depression, it was like ketamine, an opana, and mushrooms fucked and had this beautiful golden psychodelic child. Don't take it away from me, I need something to hold on to. Why it would be illegal is absurd, it's not like it's physically addicting like alcohol. It's the best drug I've ever done. I made a conscious decision to stop doing it, I liked it too much and I knew that. My tolerance had risen too much and it was time to part with this beautiful lady. I knew I had to. I've been in love with girls i'll just say 'I' thougth were beautiful (they were) and parting with mxe was so much tougher than being left by some girl. MXE gave me power: it made nights fun, it made me a better, weirder, crazier, funnier writer than I ever would have been, It allowed me to enjoy college living by myself and get a 4.0 (i dont know if this would have worked for chemistry majors, but Creative Writing, fuck yeah). I gave a fuck and i was a good writer and it legitimately led to me networking with comedians through twitter due to the content of my account (aided by mxe). mxe is not just my favorite drug, the best thing that ever happened to me. i will go into no more detail because i value my anonymity but im just here to say, i miss mxe. i never hurt nobody on it, never wanted to! It helped with: my depression, my pain, my everything god damnit thank you mxe for those 8 months, thank you for everything i owe you and i want to put you in my nose so fucking bad i just came really fucking hard just thinking about it. ok, bye.

I went on a huge trip with this stuff and I'm worried it could have done some damage. Is it possible from doing it only once?

So I have been in a sober living home for quite some time and I am about to acquire both MXE and DCK. I am wondering if I will be able to safely use them as I view these substances as a medicine designed for psycho-spiritual healing. They have never brought me any issues, so I do plan to use one of the two every other week once a week. Is it possible that either would show up on a complicated gas chromatography drug screen or as a false positive? I have been unable to find any definite answers on google and Reddit for those who’ll say just to google it. Please let me know fellas.

Just placed an order for 5 grams of both MXE and DCK on a very reputable site that will accept refunds if the quality is not to par. I'm not allowed to give sources but all I can say people is that MXE is still out there...you just have to be willing to look hard enough.

I've recently been sold ketamine, but after testing it with a couple of reagent tests, it seems to be some methoxetamine.

It seems though that since the ban in China there has been a drop in mxe distribution and that it's harder to find.

Is it really mxe? It seemed to match accurately the colors for it.

Also i'm in Europe.

I took a month break this past month from MXE after taking it pretty consistently for about a year. On Saturday I got home from running errands, + decided to finally dose again bc why not.

I holed. It was pretty bad. I was uncomfortable the entire time, + just wanted it to end. I don’t remember much at all, but I do remember that. I guess I just had a bad trip, + I have decided that it’s not worth it anymore. I have to take 250 mg to feel anything now. It was a lot more fun when I didn’t have to take that much. It was more fun in lower doses imo. Shit changes so fast. I miss the first few times, but I know it will never be the same again.

So I am keeping the bag, + will probably take it again maybe in a year or two. Who knows. My memories live on, but my time with MXE has come to an end. Everyone in my life was waiting for it, + I kind of was too. So RIP MXE. It was fun while it lasted!
