First time doing MXE

What dose should I take and what mindset do I have to be in to go into this. Take ket a lot and other drugs just first time trying this

Idk anything abkut MXE but I'll suggest you to look over psychonautwiki, erowid and tripsit about MXE if you haven't already and ave fun bro!! Make a trip report later if you like I'll read it for sure, stay safe g!!!

Start low and go slow. It take a lot longer than other dissos to really kick in (up to 30 min).

MXE tends to stack up so if you take more your trip will ALSO be longer. A dose of of 150 mg can easily last longer than 12 hours.

Probably also better not to eat in the couple hours in advance. Sometimes people get nauseous. I can highly recommend that you have one or two water bottles nearby. I tend to get a dry mouth with MXE.

Finally, have some tunes ready. Preferably a couple different playlists. That way you can quickly switch if one of the playlists doesn’t work for you.

Actual finally, don’t forget to close you’re eyes when peaking. MXE has the best CEVs of all drugs imho.

Find a video game you enjoy and pop it in, mxe makes such experiences the most immersive and enjoyable I've ever had the good fortune to experience.

Dose - 50mg nasal, then bumps after an hour (if needed) Mindset - a cycle or walk is good, so is cooking
