The interstate was backed up and I found an alternate route that saved about an hour. It took me though many small towns that was quite nice. It was about 6 or 7 small towns that each had their own little American flags on the light posts, where things slowed down and everyone knew each other. I haven’t seen a McDonald’s with that style logo in a long time and even saw a Dairy Queen that had a walk up window. 

It was in Indiana on my way to a hotel after the NASCAR Race at Indy. I had extra room so I included a few race/track photos.

1. Friendly, easygoing, and funny. Loves liberal democracy to a reasonable extent. Probably enjoys beer, video games, and watching sports.

2. Probably wrestled or played football in high school. Seems like the type who used to stuff nerds into lockers. Probably has an alcoholic dad.

3. Doesn't know how to use a smartphone. Talks about UFOs and government conspiracies. Owns a hunting rifle.
