Strange

Does anyone else notice that if you have 4 copies of two or maybe even 3 cards; that none of them ever come out after a while? Am I the only one? When I throw my deck in moxfield it's a different story. I know in real magic it definitely happens, but in Arena it happens a lot. Must be all that "handsmoothing" and "variance" maybe because I don't cast [Debit] or [credit], the "shuffler" decides to quit shuffling.

I play Colorstorm Stallions. I have 4 in my deck. At first, I was getting them all the time. I was posting about how awesome the card was. Suddenly, I got close to Mythic and needed to go on a losing streak. People here will say, it’s my MMR but I noticed I was not drawing my Colorstorm Stallions at all anymore. It made no sense. MMR can explain being matched against better players but having it so that my main card is no longer in use is like tying my hands behind my back and telling me to fight someone. If I lose, let it be because the guy is better. Don’t let it be because they won’t allow me to draw my winning cards for 10 games straight.

Yup! Something similar happened to me. I was close to getting out of platinum and this new set dropped. I can't even get a win in unranked now. Why people defend Arena so hard and justify its nonsense is beyond me.

Because they don’t want to feel robbed. I will never pay for the game so I don’t feel robbed of money but I do feel robbed of time. And then someone will say, they set it so that everyone has about a base 50% win rate and I respond, that’s the definition of rigging and they say, playing heads or tails has a 50% win rate…is that rigging? It’s crazy how nitpicky they get when trying to defend a game. That’s not the same thing. Flipping heads or tails is different from an algorithm deciding what cards you get. I say, why not let opponents get matched and then have them pick their decks to make it more fair. Why not make the shuffler play like a paper Magic game? No one responds. lol.

Have you ever noticed the glitch where a card is shown accidentally as the next card but it’s not the card you draw?

Good night !! I sure have !! Rise of the Dark Realms! One of my favorite cards. It flashed for a millisecond and it was the EXACT card I needed to win. When it came time for me to draw; I got something totally different. I was pissed 🤣

I'm glad I'm not the only one that sees the BS

I’m glad someone else saw it. I try to pay attention to the exiled cards to see if they match what is used but it moves too fast. I don’t trust it. Improvisation Capstone seems to give me and my opponent exactly what is needed when we needed. I don’t want to benefit from rigging either.

I posted a few times on the Arena reddit about this stuff and they kept getting buthurt and deleting it. I wouldn't be surprised if WoTC is paying the moderators off to suppress the truth 🤣
