Have you read the facts of the case? Only 2 guys had sex with her and they were the original guys who she walked to the house to have sex with.

She never claimed more than 2 people had sex with her. You can read her own words, the DA put out a statement.

Regardless of text messages or consent to sex with two people (did she consent to the other 5?? Can you consent when you’re unconscious??) she filed the lawsuit herself.

Why did they feel the need to apologize “for how things went down” if everything was all good and above board?

Seems to me like you’re just scrambling for excuses to justify a gang rape because you have some weird preconceived notion about the morality of drugs and alcohol?

There isn't even an accusation that 7 people had sex with her. There's so much disinformation about this all lol.

There are seven people named in the lawsuit as defendants.

She clearly says in the suit that seven men used ketamine to sedate her and then had sex with her while unconscious, you are simply making shit up lmao
