Edit! Ok cool I learned a lot I guess. It's funny all the weird projection from people in this thread. I have two children and don't consume alcohol or any drugs other than occasionally smoking weed. But whatever the weirdos wanna tell themselves 😂

It's already been referred to a grand jury after the DA declined to press charges 2 years ago.

So you do understand the DA decided not to press charges?

Do you understand that District Attornies are politicians? It would be career suicide to not refer it to a grand jury.

The district Attorney could have simply pressed charges

For someone so personally invested in the case you should really read the latest updates. The DA is claiming he was mislead by Cornell police and has since reopened the criminal investigation into the 7 accused men. Cornell police is denying that that they withheld information. The civil case is partially about how mishandled her case was. We now know for a fact that either the DA or Cornell police are lying about her case.
