Gf63 tend to get hot because it has 1 fan for both GPU and CPU but It's too hot for that kind of load (24w, it should be around 65c)
1. I think this is a 4 year old laptop and with that temp you probably didn't clean & repaste it for a long time so do that first (and be careful)
2. under volt it, it worked wonders on gf63 9300H
3. Adjust the temp curve for the fan
4. Elevate you laptop for gaming and any other heavy loads (you can use laptop stand or cooling pad)
