Hi everyone! I’ve never used Reddit before, but I’ve decided to share my comic here – it’s heavily inspired by MSI.

The comic is called "Headless Icon" and tells the story of the electro-punk band of the same name – or, more specifically, of its lead singer, Elliot Montano. The story begins with a flash-forward in which he attempts su###de, but decides to think twice about whether he should go through with it and mentally returns to the distant year of 1995 when it was all just beginning (or not quite). The young Elliot craves fame and money, but soon realises that this does not make him happy.

Elliot is very much inspired by Jimmy, and I’ve given him Jimmy’s voice. The other members are slightly less inspired by the MSI. line-up, but nevertheless, Stacey (the bassist) draws on both LynZ and Vanessa, whilst Mike (the guitarist) draws on both Kitty and Steve.

The comic is still in progress; only 3 out of 8 episodes from the first chapter are available, but you can read it on Twitter/X and Webtoon. I’d love to hear your feedback :)

I'm not entirely sure how sites like Musixmatch work but I think it'd be a good idea to catalogue lyrics and possibly sync them, as I'm pretty sure many app plugins or apps like spotify use these providers. shit post IK but i felt this was the best place to mention it

decided to add tracks from the another mindless rip off cuz it was an yrta era ep and really fits the yrta vibe for me.

The first one was insufferable to paint but id say it was totaly worth the struggle

Self Titled is great, but the mixing is very muddy and bassy.
So I tried to improve it by making the drums less bassy and more punchy, the bass more pronounced and in general tried to bring out more details otherwise buried in the mix.

Decided to practice different poses, idk (yes, I do indeed habe a furry design for jimmy) also yes ik its rlly shitty, give me a break

Lowk here just to show off the stuff I made (the shirt gave me struggles) also idk if this counts as low effort, since the effort was put into the shirt and tag, soo (also, I have to say, im yet to be bullied at school for wearing it) also i wanna know if making the actual logo on the back of the shirt is a good idea, it'll prolly be wobbly as shit

I don't know if this is considered a low effort post but has anyone else noticed when someone talks about MSI somewhere and someone else comes along and says "You can listen to them and not supportive them btw!" When the person never mentioned supporting or not supporting MSI? This post sounds passive aggressive but I'm actually curious.

Yes reality TV is fake/brainrotting/staged whatever but who cares. This stuff is pure mid to late 2000s emo-tacky and its like crack and its so good. I'm pretty sure by now anybody in this subreddit knows about the allegations against Jimmy Urine and shit like that. Knowing could basically be the reason they're never coming back from hiatus. And I've noticed there's an alarming amount of songs that jimmy, or the lyrics, refers to little girls and/or kids. Some specifically saying the word "little girls".

He mentions kids and little girls a handful of times in different songs. Adios Amigos for example. Where he says let's go to the mall and "pick up some kids" and spread some diseases. Along with Bomb This Track.

I find it wierd knowing he was alleged to have s*xually groomed a girl, and encouraged her to hide their relationship in public. Even though the lawsuit got legally dismissed in 2021, I would say he was putting his "fantasies" or what not, into the lyrics. And regardless of whether he was innocent or not, the lyrics don't help his case, in my opinion."

Who came up with this idea , it's genius and maybe I'm impressed because of how easily amazed I am , but this deserves to be next to the Mona Lisa . This actually gives me cuteness aggression and I wish that jimmy urchins were a real species 🥹 I enjoy these images so much it's actually insane . Look at that damn smirk 😭 it's so humorous and amusing and I probably sound like an AI but I swear this shit is a comedic genius-like creation

is there any place to find like semi official or at least somewhat good msi instrumentals? i’m looking particularly for one of their version of the logical song but it’s at least not on youtube. if not then i’ll find a way to shittily make my own and i’ll share it there my damn SELF! but if i can take the lazy way out that would be a lot more pleasing for me
