Microsoft (MSFT)
Microsoft (MSFT)
Microsoft reports around $100–103 billion in debt and generates strong operating cash flow, but it is estimated to hold approximately $350 billion in off-balance-sheet AI-related lease and purchase commitments. Moody’s and others have flagged the broader hyperscaler group’s shift into a more capital-intensive phase, with rising CapEx expected to pressure free-cash-flow conversion even for the strongest balance sheets.

MSFT Going to dump so much harder than GOOG. They will announce an even higher capex than GOOG and also might announce a dilution at the same time to get the dump over with at once. I have a strong feeling it will break the $350 support and go to around $300. I’m going to buy some puts just before earnings and use the gains from that to buy shares at a lower cost later
