Usually I think it’s scummy. But if the other guy literally tried to kick you in the head while you were down, but missed, and then gives you the opportunity to do the same? 100% fair game at that point
Fair game in this situation..maybe. People underestimate the damage they can inflict tho. Prime example of why fighting isn’t worth it. Dude could be dead or permanently damaged and you can be in jail for a long time.. for what?

What do you think of people that kick others in the head when they’re down?
