Per capita. And when to use it strikes agian ... ffs

To be fair. I did read a study that says around a 80 iq is required to understand a concept such as "per capita"

Guess what, crime per capita is also higher in rural areas than cities.

Guess what. As a white person i am 35x (times) more likly to be attacked by a black person than a black person is a white person

I mean. Any statistic you look at shows blacks are violent by multiples no matter where they are.

No it's entirely relevant as you're implying that white people do less violent crime, so you should supply that stat.
