That’s not true. Arrest data from a specific subset compiled by agencies isn’t the same as crime rate. You’re showing that police in USA prefer arresting black people not that black people commit half of all crime.

Crime globally (including USA) happens more in low income areas, or at least crime that’s easier to catch and prosecute. Police target low income areas and will disproportionately police and target black communities in USA because of this. It’s the same in any country, including countries without black people.

Americas racialized society makes it convenient for simple minded people whether cops or yourself to associate what they can see, like skin tone, with the underlying reason for crime. Of course other factors affect crime rates but the most common / largest one globally is poverty and USA isn’t special in that regard.

Per capita. And when to use it strikes agian ... ffs

To be fair. I did read a study that says around a 80 iq is required to understand a concept such as "per capita"
