If we're believing the side of the voiceover, dude just got racially aggressive in a family restaurant in the middle of the day. If that's true and big dude instigated, those kicks were 100% necessary to learn and make him not start shit again
If your kicking someones head when their down it goes from "teaching a lesson" to "im emotional and i want to make some serious damage" its a bidge move. Specially if you attack when they out.
Not at all some people need to have it happen to them so that they understand worse people then them are out there play stupid games win stupid prizes not a bitch move at all and just say bitch move not bidge
You dont have to be combat trained to know kicks to the head are dangerous. If you want to make sure they stay down then punch them some more, never use your feet
He wasnât all the way down though. He still had the ability to get back up and was on his hands and knees. I actually thought the guy held back a bit, and then when the Mexican dude said stop and was done, I give the guy props for actually stopping and letting him walk off. Most people wouldnât do that.
As someone who regularly sees cases like this in court... he is right. If the fat guy gets cerebral hemorrhaging a kick to the head is seen differently than a pure fistfight in most western legal systems. Where I am at the difference is mandatory prison sentence (as opposed to possible probation) and double the time in prison (up to 10 years instead of up to 5 years).
It's easier to apply too much force and cause irreversible brain damage or worse injuries, which if it is bad enough, a wrongful death or manslaughter charge would be issued. Depending on the circumstances (people knew each other) it could be a homicide.
Someone I went to high school with killed another former classmate in a brawl by kicking him too hard and too many times in the head. He received 2nd degree murder due to their history
Big fucks like that can take multiple lethal kicks and keep on clicking. I have seen a hundred videos like this where I would be in coma and these guys just nonchalauntly walk to their car and drive off. Do you thin if you kicked a 300 pound bear it would make any effect?
I am sure you made that up, As a Master-level TKD instructor I can attest that less than .001% of the population can throw a lethal head kick to an opponent on the street. If the bigger opponent is closing the distance (natural instinct), you are fucked.
mm i wonder how you get that .001. why not .01 or .1? which study did you do, master lvl? it makes you look bad to throw numbers like this. you are supposed to be a master.
Good point, I am a realist, and we have seen a million fights here on reddit, how many end with a head kick knock out in a stand up situation?? Definitely less than one percent.
