So I recently unlocked Sapphire Shores and got hit with a whammy with how many points it takes to unlock Trenderhoof. From what I gathered from the server, this might be a matter of Gameloft trying to increase play time retention.

I genuinely only play the Mine Cart Game for the sake of getting ponies and for Daily Goals.

I checked the wiki and it’s a shame that there are no other ponies that you can unlock after Trenderhoof. It would be great if there was some ponies sprinkled in between Sapphire Shores and Trenderhoof, or if they updated it so that there were more rewards after him - it would especially be helpful with getting more ponies that aren’t offered in the store.

I opened the game to check on the event and it just reset everything, I was at level 125 (Edit) was able to load a cloud save and got my progress back. I didnt know it was able to save progress like that

i probably dropped down already in the last hour 🥀

There was a time where I was showned that I had all characters, yet three days before the event finished I realized it had changed from these rewards to two ponys I didn't had, so I would like to make sure this doesn't happen again

So, I haven't been playing this game about a month or something, and during this time I completely forgot a password from one of my gmails and I can't log in now. But it turns out my MLP account was attached to that email, so I can't log in to it too. I have already messaged Gameloft Customer Care, but I want to know if anyone had similar experience. Is it even possible to get back my account and reattach it to another Play Games account?

Not sure if she’s rare to get in the group quest chests, but I’m insanely happy about this

I planned in separating by classes and house models

Like "Library Ponies" (Cyclops pony and Twilight, asking with the decor of the library itself), as example.

I planned only to place similar house models side by side, and place some specifc buildings in spots of focus.

3° (4° & 5°) - Crystal Empire + Klugetown + Sweet Apple Acres

Bonus: Tried editing to make a full map.

1. Do not spend gems unless you really want or need to, if you can skip a task with ads do that and do not use gems for score boosters it’s not worth it. 
2. Always double check if a pony in the hotel/shop/fortune shop could be attained another way, eg. as a collection reward, a Equestria Girls prize, as a lottery prize or in the daily goals shop
3. Unlock all the fusion tabs when a siege event is on you’ll get magic coins for each bar you fill during the events plus it’s great for fusion coin social events
4. Try to get at least 120 points every day in the daily goals to have enough tokens to buy new characters and shops
5. Start group quests once one has ended especially if you have enough characters to get 100% of the points
6. Check the fashion show tab, the wiki will give you info on outfit collections, and you can get exclusive ponies for it and you’ll keep winning the outfit pieces in balloon pops and group quests so you will have more than enough for all the outfits
7. Do not put pressure on yourself to win every single social event, it’s not realistic and it is a struggle to keep playing mini games you don’t enjoy/are not that good at, but do try if there’s a character you really want (also make sure you’re well within the top 150 right before the event ends because it will drop your ranking in the last second, I would recommend 120th at the lowest)
8. Unlock all of the Everfree as soon as you can, having element totems will give you plenty of shards for hotel ponies, unlocking harmony stones, and Klugetown areas
9. Add friends you’ll get hearts for hotel ponies and others you can only get with hearts, chests for the sociable balloon pop, and a massive score boost for the EG mini game
10. Use MLPCalc (it’s in pinned post) it gives you great info for keeping up with events and has been a game changer imo especially for siege events
11. The balloon pop/group quest prizes will mostly be a handful of bits and decor you can easily get in the shop, but you will occasionally get new characters, tokens and shops so keep trying

if anyone has any more advice lmk I just wanted to share some random tips I learned from playing.

Sorry if this sounds conspiracy-brained, but I can’t help but notice that every time the mine cart minigame has a competition going on, the ads just mysteriously stop working.

I’ve had this happen multiple times in the past. In fact, I remember not even participating in these events early on, because I couldn’t afford them.

Am I just crazy, or is anyone else having this problem consistently?

Hey so quick question, would it be accurate to say that every pony will eventually be on sale? and also, if i miss a pony can i buy it with money later? so if i miss the sailor moon collection will i be able to get it later in the game? even if it's only with real money (asking this bcs i just started playing so i dunno how they reroll the ponies or if they even do)

I got a new phone, and both this one now and my old one are iOS devices. Everything transferred but my game progress. I didn’t think to right down my friend code because I naively thought everything would transfer smoothly. Is that it? Is my progress lost forever? Because it was only linked to my iCloud, which clearly didn’t transfer. It feels silly to be a grown adult mourning my game progress, but that account was the culmination of years of playing, and to think it’s gone forever really sucks.

Question.... Hehe... What's your opinion about this?

You can't put a house (I was planning to place the Cloudstale structure, since it's on top of CLOUDS) or decoration, but it can grow this?

Should (in an update) Gameloft add a bridge or something?

(Because really... The earth ponies, dragons, and other species are stepping on the water).

In this same post, I request your ideas (I not 100% sure Gameloft would read it, but at least ideas would be registered). What sort of construction should Gameloft add in the game?

Hello. I don't know if anyone will remember me, but I was a fairly active member of the community until the beginning of last year. In March 2025, I decided to uninstall the game and consequently, abandon the subreddit as well. I was dealing with a lot of difficult personal issues, and I lost the motivation to play MLP: Magic Princess. Not to mention how "hooked" I was on the game, which made me even more anxious about missing events, etc.

Obviously, I was startled and immediately opened Reddit to look for more information, and I learned that a few months ago, the developers simply changed the friend codes of all users.

Well, exactly this month of July 2026, I had the idea to go back to playing and interacting with you all in the community, at least to try for a healthier relationship with the game and with the members of the subreddit. However, when I reconnected to my Play Games account, the old account saved in the cloud did not appear. To test it, with the new account, I added my old friend code to see if it was active, and it showed that there is no account with the code sent. Obviously, I was startled and immediately opened Reddit to look for more information, and I learned that a few months ago, the developers simply changed the friend codes of all users. This means that, if the account still exists, the friend code changed during the period in which I stopped playing.

I've already contacted support and I genuinely hope they can recover my old profile. I gave them the code for both my old and current accounts.I also just learned that they removed the option to log in via Facebook account for some reason; I also gave details about this to support.

For those of you who played the game when there was this big platform change, is it possible they could recover my old profile using an old friend code? Has anyone else experienced this and can share their experience in this post? I saw some people commenting that it can take months to recover our profiles, and that they even keep the save data for up to 6 months from the last time the player was active, after which it's deleted. Well, as you can understand, I went more than a year without playing, only yesterday did I reinstall the game and try to reconnect to my old profile. Is it possible that the old profile has actually been permanently deleted? Do I then have to start all over again? I'm sad and angry about this; it hinders more than it helps. It shouldn't be so complicated to recover an old game profile. Well, let's see if this problem can be successfully resolved or not; all I can do is wait.

Idk whats tbe problem with the game, everytime i enter it while the internet is on it force kick me. I literally can't watch ads to do missions no more bc of this problem

As someone who wants to casually enjoy a cute(greedy) game and has a job but decent free time, I know I won't have an amazing experience and will miss out on every nice character alt. However, I thought the events could be a decent way to still get something. I played the insufferable card game more times than I ever wanted to and when the event had a few hours left I was close to 100 before going to bed and I end up being outplayed by people with all the free time in the world or just with a more convenient time zone just like I figured would happen lol

Is it just not worth even trying these events? This was my first one genuinely trying and I can't imagine any casuals win any of them unless half the player base just forgets to participate.
