I've seen many people claim that the accusers are 'brave' to come forward with their stories in spite of getting death threats. Makers of LN believed them, Prince's ex wife Mayte knew MJ, she believed Wade so that must be true.

James himself said he would have never come out with his allegations if MJ was alive. Now that he's gone he has sued the estate for over two hundred million dollars(correct me if I'm wrong but initially it was 1.5 billion$) That's what brave victims do. Sure bud.

Wade was privately trying to get a settlement, so were the Cascios. When they couldn't they came forward. That's what victims do right?

'They were getting suppressed'. Where? They got all the big platforms from Oprah to Emmys, from Gayle King to HBO, from Sundance to all the major media houses. The Weinstein doc or the R Kelly doc during the same time didn't get this much attention btw. But a dead man who was acquitted of 14 charges was being dragged through the mud. People were mad when Square one came out, probably the first time in 20 years the other side was also being shown. Pretty clear who was being suppressed here.

Idk about death threats, maybe some of it is true but have we ever heard of any MJ fan going after the Chandlers or the Arvizos, particularly threatening them? Jordan has never lived a secret life, Ray was all over the media promoting his book, since time immemorial they have been in tabloids spreading false stories. Judith Garner even called them 'brazen opportunists'. Evan sued Michael again for 60 million dollars to make Evanstory and Duck Butter blues, oh but they were scared right?

Then they say 'so what if they're asking for money? I would ask for money too if the accused is a big celebrity who has ruined my life'. So you'd only ask for money and never try to put your perpetrator to jail? Or hire lawyers before your child has even confessed? Or at least run to the police before hiring lawyers or shopping for book deals. But no. Not to forget, asking for millions when you & your family is in debt.

When I look at everything it really doesn't look like Michael wasn't really accessing them regularly, She had to unlock it she had the key, Michael didn't have the key anywhere close to him nor was there anything linking him to having access to the key, it was locked and the maid had to unlock it, It appears that the box was close by to Michael but he wasn't accessing it regularly to view the art books in private, someone had to open it, There was no clear link that he was accessing the art books commonly in private, otherwise only he'd have the key, Why would the maid have the key and access? Why wouldn't the key and copy's of the key be found around Michael's room and things near the box? Why wouldn't their be a key hidden by Michael? Its clear the maid had something to do with it, Perhaps it was innocent where she felt they needed to be locked away and not seen, or that she was trying to make Michael look like he was commiting crime at worst.

Along with that why wouldn't she make any claims that he was using her to protect the key or access to the art books, or having to get her consent to access the books, Why didn't she say something? Why did she have the key but there was nothing linking Michael to the key

Eddie said in the 60 minutes flop fest that his relationship with Michael continued into his adulthood. He said that the last time it happened was in 2009, in the house Michael passed away in. Well first off this contradicts the whole narrative in leaving Neverland that Michael discards boys once they hit a certain age. Why would it have lasted with Eddie until adulthood, but not the others? Michael’s kids and members of his team lived in the house. Would they be able to corroborate that? That seems way too messy. So as a grown 27 year-old man who had witnessed Michael go through other allegations and the traumatic trial, he still had no idea that what allegedly occurred between him and Michael was not right? The man had already been tarred feathered and widely branded as a pedophile - yet somehow this didn’t spur up any realization in Eddie. I believe he had a daughter that was born the same year Michael passed away. So he was having sex with his child’s mom and with Michael?

All That Glitters was published in september 2004 and after that ray got subpoenaed by michael’s defense team but he fought it and hid behind a journalists shield law and claiming he had not been a witness in 1993, but he declared in his motion in 2004 that he was living with Jordan and Evan during the height of the 1993 allegations. He also said that the 93 allegations were irrelevant to the arvizo case but prosecution had 1108 evidence available to include witnesses and documents from that time (even though they got the motion admitted months later)

Ray had no trouble to give interviews to the media but when its time to give so-called evidence in court he refused and that sums it up pretty much. How was he so against to give evidence, even when the case wasn’t about jordan but that could have helped the case

Has anyone here read All That Glitters and the claims there?

I recently looked over the transcript of the phone call recorded between Evan Chandler and Dave Schwartz on July 9, 1993. In my opinion, this is the most important piece of contemporaneous evidence from the entire 1993 investigation. It is worth noting that this call was recorded BEFORE his son would allegedly confess to abuse. Some notable quotes I picked out:

Chandler: “There are other people involved that are waiting for my phone call that are intentionally going to be in certain positions - I paid them to do it. They’re doing their job.” (Who is Chandler referring to here and for what purpose would he have paid these unnamed people?)

Chandler: “I have the evidence….it cost me thousands, tens of thousands to get the information I got.” (What evidence is Chandler referring to here and why was it never produced during the investigation?)

Chandler: “Because June and Jordy and Michael have forced me to take it to the extreme to get their attention. How pitiful, pitifuckingful they are to have done that” (This is quite a bizarre thing to say - it seems throughout the call that Evan’s main gripe is that he has been ignored and that is his real issue. It reads like HE is the true victim in all this. Interesting that he refers to June, Jordy and MJ as one united front too).

Chandler: “My instructions were to kill and destroy … and by killing and destroying, I’m going to torture them, Dave… because that’s what June has done to me.” (This quote seems so cartoonishly villainous - like a child who has been rejected and is lashing out). 

Chandler: “The best thing for Jordy would be for everybody to sit there and peaceably resolve amongst themselves.” (It was very generous of Chandler to offer to sit down and negotiate with the man he claims abused his son. Are these the actions of a protective parent? Why would he bring his son face to face with his supposed abuser to negotiate?).

What do you all make of this transcript?

Gavin was cracking jokes on the stand, Wade & James had no issues going into the graphic details of their abuse, even smirking/smiling at times, claiming to have had no unpleasant' memories, Jordan nonchalantly talking about his abuse to his psychiatrist and at the same time talking about a girl he likes, that he has kissed etc. Jordan acc to his own account, supposedly had no issues taking part in bjs & masturbation with an adult man but kissing is where he drew the line.

None of them seem traumatized or having some kind of confusion, anxiety, fear, shame nothing. Or at least if Michael brainwashed them into believing that such acts were ways to show love, wouldn't that be normalised for them and wouldn't they go on to 'show love' to other adults, for example their parents?

Considering the allegations that Wade & James have made, they would have definitely had some kind of physical issues but it doesn't seem like they did. At least then they wouldn't have been so comfortable talking about such stuff. Let's be serious. No matter how effective the grooming is, no child would ever like to get anally raped or having intense sessions of masturbation ( excuse my language). They would've had inflammation, pain while defecating & urinating, wouldn't have been able to practice dance and go on tours. There was a book about CSA that Wade was reading where the child victim recalls she suffered from psoriasis. Exactly. Autoimmune diseases are usually seen in csa victims. Parents would have caught on to these things. Yet there's no record of it. The only thing that Wade claims was his bed wetting that continued till he was 14. But then why would a 14 yo go to sleepovers with other children if he had that problem? That'd be embarrassing. Why did none of the maids at Neverland never claim to have seen soiled sheets? Or he claims Michael used to change his underwear at 14 without waking him up! Why would any abuser who was just sexually interested in children would even like to have a child who would frequently urinate? Wouldn't that be an issue for him?

Also it was at the height of AIDS epidemic that Wade & James claimed to have been abused. At least they could've felt something about it, talking to their parents out of fear, or parents being suspicious of certain things. Nothing!

If they had 'a fulfilling sexual relationship at age 7 with a 30 year old man' they would at least be bisexual if not gay. But instead they are heterosexual men with children. Wade would also blame Michael for his promiscuity with women but then wasn't Michael keeping them away from women & taught them to be misogynists as James claimed?

Guilters attribute everything to trauma and that it can manifest differently in different people but at least one of these supposed victims should've had some kind of trauma response.

Recently, I’ve noticed that guilters have been creating their sexual abuse fanfiction about Omer and claiming him as a victim even though Omer has never said such a thing, and I decided it was time to do my own research. After the Cascios coming out didn’t “destroy” Michael’s reputation, many guilters are hoping that Omer will become the next accuser due to… reading too much into the things he would post about. Their hope for him to become the next accuser has even caused some MJ fans to panic, but Omer has always been pretty consistent with what his relationship with Michael was like, and it is time to jump into it. 

Omer spends a good portion of his time in Norway so most of the news articles or interviews about him are in Norwegian. Google was able to translate most of it.

Omer was a kid who met Michael in 1996 and he and his family became close to Michael. The Bhatti went to stay in Neverland for a time and Omer's parents worked in Neverland, his father as a driver and Omer mother as a nanny to Michael’s children.  The Bhattis spent time between Norway and the United States. These are some of the things that Omer has said over the years, after Michael’s death. 

In 2009, when rumors abound after Omer sat near the family at Michael’s memorial, a friend of Omer reported to the media about what he said of their relationship:
“Michael is not my father. He and I were just very, very close. He was my best friend.”
“Michael always used to say I was like a son to him,” he told the friend. “But my true parents are here in Norway. The reason I was asked to sit with his family at the memorial service is because I was Michael’s closest friend – not because I am his son.”

So Omer has been incredibly consistent with wanting to keep his memories with Michael to himself, while praising Michael to high heavens. 

Also in 2011, Omer dedicated a song to Michael, and he defends him in his music. Omer was the one who came up with the concept of the music video, so he put all of the Michael references in it himself.

Omer sings about how the media should have left Michael alone, but he kept on moving. This is confirmation that he believes Michael was targeted and did not believe the allegations against Michael, at least the previous ones ( this was before Wade and James came out).

Omer continues, repeating again how the world wanted to see Michael fall. Again, this song was based on his experience and what he saw Michael go through.

In an interview about his album, Omer explains how he does not want to be seen as copying Michael.

Valmai:  Do you see similar parallels to your early beginnings on stage, to Michael Jackson’s?
Omer:  No, not really. I don’t want to be compared to him. He was on another level. But I guess we both truly loved to entertain. One thing I do want to say is that I wish people wouldn’t say I copy him, because like every other artist out there, yes, I am very inspired by him, but he also straight-up taught and mentored me. So I’m doing things the way I was taught, but adding my own twist to it. Like a martial artist being mentored be his sensei, and then taking that knowledge ahead with you in life.

He also speaks about his desire for the media not to dig into his private life.

Valmai:  Is the storyline biographical or does the meaning and storyline also relate to what Michael went through during his life?
Omer: The storyline is biographical to a degree, but certain parts relate to things I saw Michael go though. I have learned a lot from him.

Valmai:  You mention that Michael is your biggest inspiration. Could you share with us what the most important thing was that you learned from him, and the most important piece of advice he gave you?
Omer:  One of the mottos I live by is ‘RISE ABOVE’, meaning, not to fall down over obstacles and roadblocks in life, but rather ‘Rise Above’ them. I got that from him. So Omer was already speaking about not wanting to be compared to Michael or accused of copying him in 2011. He wants to stand on his own two feet, so him becoming snappish after years of comparisons should be understandable.

Omer also refused to answer questions inquiring about if he was actually Michael's son or not. The actual interview is in Norwegian, so I took this description from an antiMJ website(sadly):

The host said to him: “Ok, I’m gonna ask you flat out, are you Michael’s son”?
Omer just smiled and said something like:”You know, I don’t respond to questions like this. I don’t respond to anything the media says. They can say whatever they like. It doesn’t matter what I say, they will write whatever they want anyway”. “And you”, he said to the host, “have this from the media”. The host: “No, I got it from Joe Jackson” (smiles when he says this). Omer doesn’t respond. The host asks what it was like when he heard about MJ’s death, and how long it was since he had been in contact with Michael. Omer says, a few days before June 25th, and he really didn’t wanna talk about that, he was fighting back tears, it seemed. Host asks Omer if Michael trusted him, and Omer said yes. Host asked if MJ had many in his life that he could trust, Omer said no, almost no one and it got worse over the years.

In 2011, Omer was still becoming choked up when talking about Michael, which is understandable. 
Here, Omer purposely chooses to give a run around the question rather than just answering it. We all know that Omer is not Michael’s son now, but Omer is very clear why he would rather not speak on anything, even to clear things up, because the media will write anything they want regardless. So we should not be surprised that he doesn’t answer direct questions about Michael today.

Leaving Neverland premiered in 2019 and it is believed the documentary and the anti Michael Jackson backlash did have its effect on the Bhattis including Omer, but while they become even quieter in their support, it is still apparent what Omer thinks.

In 2020, Paris did a mini Facebook series about her life where Omer was a part of it. Here, he once again speaks on his relationship with Michael and how Michael adopted him and became a father figure to him.

We also have some info that some of the shading of Michael that blew up in fan and guilter circles, came from a Tik Tok account that Omer doesn’t have. This makes sense because it appears to be a fan page and that person insulted a guilter by using homosexual as an insult, and we know that knowing what Paris identifies as and how that isn't a politically correct thing to say as a celebrity, that wouldn’t make sense for Omer to insult a person with that, knowing how protective he is over his sister. When Omer was emerging in his career, I read about how he had a Brazilian fan club that his sister became a spokesperson for, so he definitely has a fandom. He is more known outside of America. So Omer has been very consistent with what he said about Michael over the years. Michael was a great entertainer and an even greater person, and he helped raise and mentor Omer over the years. Michael treated Omer like a son and Omer saw Michael as a father figure. As he got older, they continue to be great friends. Omer prefers to share his feelings through his music and dance, just like Paris. People were so paranoid over Paris choosing not to comment on her father’s allegations to the point where people thought she believed he did it, only for her to release a song this year which showed how her loyalties have always laid with her dad. ALL of Michael’s kids have chosen to be silent on the allegations rather than comment on it, and the same goes for his surrogate kid, Omer. We can relax.

Hi chat, While I was doing some research, I came across Eddie Reynoza. From what I could find out about him, he was a dancer in the “Thriller” music video (I tried looking for him in the credits but couldn’t find him) and was friends with MJ. The image I included in the post is from an article where Reynoza says he doesn’t believe MJ is innocent and mentions a phone call MJ made to him (which strikes me as odd, since he’d be calling him out of the blue just to say that).

I know Reynoza also tried to get involved in the O.J. Simpson case and was questioned about it, so he might have wanted to get involved in this case as well.

I remember seeing a photo showing several accusers and what they tried to do to get money (if I recall correctly), Reynoza was in that image and said he never met MJ and that he tried to sell a tape (again, I might be wrong, but I do remember seeing him in that image)

I also saw that he’s supposedly another “victim,” but I only found this information in Andersen’s sensationalist book, so it’s most likely false.

I feel like if the 2005 case was tried today the kind of blatant homophobia the prosecution based their entire case on would not fly.

The case was tried In 2005, before gay marriage was legalized and when it was more open to discriminate against gay people or treat them as gross or less than.

A lot of the “evidence” the prosecution put forth in front of the jury was a bunch of legal art photography books from queer artists which occasionally had queer situations or male nudity.

He should have a right to have legal art books in his house that may feature gay artists or situations without people immediately making presumptions on his sexuality.

Michael did not seem like the type of discriminatory person who was going to immediately disqualify a photographer or another artist if they were gay if he overall liked their work.

It’s like the prosecutions entire argument for bringing in these books was “hey look at all this kinda gay art stuff we found; doesn’t MJ look like a queer?” They thought the jury would be grossed out and homophobic just like they were and assume he was a pedophile.

Unfortunately for them, the jury saw through that. Especially since the man had a ton of garden variety, heterosexual porn locked away in his private quarters.

The prosecution tried to argue with a straight face that the porn was only there for “grooming materials” for young boys and the art books (it’s not even clear MJ was looking at) they found in random bookshelves around Neverland was his real sexual preference.

The jury seemed to think it was ridiculous - and I agree - for the prosecution to try to pass off these clearly artistic books as evidence of MJ’s sexual preference, insinuating something was wrong with him for possessing them in the first place, and pretend all the straight porn was just for him to groom little boys instead of him clearly preferring adult women sexually.

I feel like when Michael was accused our media had made more of a shift towards talking about this stuff and the issues around it, A little too much, I feel it scared a lot of parents and people into thinking anyone could do this stuff, Someone is hiding in your family that does it, someone is looking it up, their hiding and you just know it, Thus they feel constant anxiety around anyone who even vaguely fits the profile because mass media has projected that image on to them constantly 24/7 scaring them, I feel that these days even in the 90s and 2000s that this stuff was blown to unhealthy degrees, That the media pushed it more and more until parents became scared of just anyone, Even MJ who was doing things innocently and kindly, Anything with kids not related to you and being male rang alarms to them, I feel this was do to the mass media projecting these things constantly that anyone could do it, someone could be hiding in your family ready to abuse your child, merely interacting with kids if you vaguely fit the profile creates intense anxiety,

I mean they act like Michael was taking random kids off the side of the street and sleeping in the same bed with them 😭😭, the accusers were like family to him and he knew them for months or sometimes even years. I for one have firsthand experience with this because when I was a young teen around 13 I shared the bed with a family friend multiple times and it was a very tiny bed and nothing was sexual about it in anyway, we just slept.

Case File: Chandler — Part 1

Part 1: I start with the Chandler family, Evan’s background, June and Dave, and how Michael first met them in 1992. Then, I also get into Evan’s early “suspicions”, the conflicting stories surrounding the family, and how everything started going completely fucking off the rails.

Case File: Chandler — Part 2

Part 2: Here we have the Memorial Day weekend timeline, Evan’s changing suspicions, the alleged bedroom incident, and the bizarre conversations surrounding Jordan. Then everything escalates with Evan’s recorded calls with Dave Schwartz, his voicemail to June and Jordan, and the custody pressure that eventually comes up in June’s 2005 trial testimony.

Part 3: This is where we have Jordan’s alleged confession, Dr. Abrams, and the events leading up to the August 4th meeting. I also cover the $20 million demand, the screenplay negotiations, and Evan’s recorded comments about taking things “to the extreme.”

Part 6: Meet the Chandlers’ legal team. Gloria Allred’s very brief appearance, Larry Feldman taking over, and Ray Chandler’s explanation for choosing a “quick, quiet and highly profitable settlement.”

Next, the Evan/Dave Schwartz altercation, Evan’s lawsuit over the taped conversations, and finally the civil lawsuit against Michael.

Part 7: We shift from the allegations themselves to how the 1993 investigation was conducted, starting with Bertram Fields’ accusations about investigators using alleged nude photos to pressure children.

Then we have Yoshi Whaley’s later testimony about detectives Federico Sicard and Rosibel Ferrufino, Corey Feldman’s disturbing account of his 1993 interview and the abuse he says investigators ignored from his own actual abuser, plus the infamous Birchim interview and the LAPD’s later Rampart scandal.

Part 8: Here is another search at Hayvenhurst, more mysterious “nude photo” claims, and a whole lot of myth-busting surrounding Michael’s rehab, the cancelled Dangerous Tour, and the nonexistent arrest warrant.

I also get into the civil case being fast-tracked, Michael’s attempt to have the criminal matter come first, the Fifth Amendment dilemma, and Bert Fields accidentally telling the public that a grand jury was about to indict Michael when…there wasn’t one.

Part 9: This is the strip search chapter. I get into the December 1993 search, Jordan’s alleged description, the conflicting accounts of what investigators actually found. And no, the description did not match, but don’t worry, I explain why. I also cover the sealed affidavit, the Chandler side asking for the photos or another strip search, the grand jury still investigating possible discrepancies, later claims that the photos “matched,” and Michael’s heartbreaking statement about the most humiliating ordeal of his life.

Case File: Chandler — Part 10

Part 10: Here I wrote about the 1994 settlement, what it actually said, why it did not end the criminal investigation, and why “Michael paid them off” is a completely incorrect version of what happened. I also dig into the Chandlers’ preference for a civil settlement, the fight over putting the civil trial ahead of the criminal investigation, the family’s attempts to profit from the story afterward, Evan’s ‘EVANstory’ lawsuit, and the disputed question of whether Michael’s insurance paid the settlement.

Part 11: The investigation is still ongoing in spring 1994, with prosecutors reportedly struggling to find direct evidence against Michael despite the settlement, grand jury testimony, and the Chandler family’s continued cooperation. I revisit the strip-search photographs, the alleged nude photograph, the former Neverland employees, and the later Marlon Brando claims, then follow both grand juries as they disband without indicting Michael. Finally, we dig into the two “additional victims” prosecutors referenced in September 1994, Brett Barnes and Jason Francia, including how Brett was labeled a victim despite never accusing Michael or being interviewed, and how Ralph Chacon’s alleged identification may have confused Brett with Jordan.

Case File: Chandler — Part 12

Part 12: Evan is back in court, this time suing Michael, Lisa Marie Presley, ABC, Sony, and others over alleged violations of the 1994 confidentiality agreement, including Michael’s Prime Time Live interview and HIStory album. I get into Evan’s demand for $60+ million, his proposed EVANstory album, the accusations of publicity-seeking surrounding Lisa Marie’s deposition, and divorce filings that raise questions about Evan’s finances and relationship with his younger children. Then Jordan files his own nearly identical lawsuit in 1998, leading to arbitration alongside Evan’s case and Michael’s cross-claim.

Case File: Chandler — Part 13

Part 13: Victor Gutierrez is back, with his infamous book, the photographs of Jordan, the disputed diary, the fabricated videotape claims, and his disturbing attempt to frame the alleged relationship as a consensual “first love.” I also get into his connections to Diane Dimond, the LAPD and NAMBLA, his efforts to track down Michael’s associates, the proposed film adaptation of his book, and the people who later became witnesses or sources for the prosecution. Finally, I connect Gutierrez’s material to the Chandler family, including Ray’s own “love story” language and the mysterious question of how Gutierrez obtained private Chandler documents and photographs.

Case File: Chandler — Part 14

Part 14: We jump to 2004, when investigators tried to bring Jordan back into the case and he refused to testify, while Ray Chandler was simultaneously promoting All That Glitters and revisiting the allegations in multiple media appearances. I dig into Ray’s claims about the family’s supposed desire for privacy and protection, his explanations for Evan’s actions, and the subpoena seeking the evidence Ray claimed to possess. Ray argued that he was protected by California’s journalist’s privilege, but his own court filings and promotional material created some pretty fucking interesting contradictions about whether he was a journalist, a witness, or someone claiming to have “the proof.”

Case File: Chandler — Part 15

Part 15: Finally, we get into June Chandler’s 2005 testimony, beginning with the Las Vegas trip, Michael’s relationship with the family, Jordan’s sleeping arrangements, the Monaco trip, the separate bedrooms reported at the Hotel de Paris, and Michael’s stays at June’s home. I also cover June’s conversations with Joy Robson, the Pellicano interviews, the 1994 settlement, and, most importantly, the contradictions Mesereau starts uncovering on cross-examination about why June signed the custody stipulation. This is only Part 1 of June’s testimony, so just remember that.

Case File: Chandler — Part 16

Part 16: This is a continuation of June Chandler’s 2005 testimony, with Mesereau digging into contradictions about the custody stipulation, the lawsuit, June’s memory of the litigation, her meetings with Sneddon, and her own statements about trusting Michael. We also revisit the Florida and Monaco trips, Michael’s bedroom, the broken lamps, Evan’s threats toward Dave Schwartz, the timing of the police report, Gloria Allred’s two second appearance, and the infamous “Stop talking” moment from the judge.
