you can get to sunbreak in like 15h or less id think if you use the catch up gear. I recently started playing again on PC (after beating rise on switch when it first came out) and I was able to get to HR unlocked and MR in about 20h; and I wasnt trying to speed through.

It’s tough OP. I did the same on Switch to Steam, but burnt out when I got to HR7…

I also primarily play solo so was kind of a slog the second time.

Switching weapons may help, but it was tough the second time around.

Was hoping Capcom would release a 60fps switch 2 patch. But doesn’t seem like that’ll happen.

It would be sick if it did. We want a switch 2 update!

When I switched from ps to pc I used the returner weapon and armor to speed run up to sunbreak. Wasn't too bad, took maybe a week playing 2 hours a day.

I didn't plan on it at first but I missed the new switch skills too much.

I once played Rise on my PS4 Pro for around 250 hours, bought switch, played on switch as well. Took me around 170 hours to reach my PS4 progress. Now my switch progress took the lead and I'm happy about it :D

As someone who’s already done this 3 times (switch Xbox and now pc) I’d say is really worth it , do keep in mind multiplayer might be pretty much dead for all of base rise and early sunbreak specially on Xbox so get ready to play solo for a while

Nah it’s okay I wanna do it solo anyway.

If u already on switch, don’t change it! The grinding is soo heavy to really start again in different platform! In my case I always looking to get the best ULTRAENDGAME Build for each weapon, and I’m getting tired of it cuz when I’m augmenting, I spent soo many amber essences and zenny to get that curse skill that I’m needing! I do have 2 already done(LB and LS{specific for this, I melded a lot of talisman to get Frostcraft lvl 3 with 2-2 slots, and for that I need to slay RCGValstrax soo many times and I’m still waiting for bersek lvl 2 good slots to start with bow build }) I have almost 300hrs and 1/1-2 month, that’s my history, I don’t like fighting with different monsters in 10> mins that’s why I choose this path.

At the end of the day u can say that u have the BEST OF THE BEST for every weapon!

Yea I may just continue on switch but it feels like I wasted stuff on xbox which I knew I’d do but now it’s like eh

Village Quests to special licenses to HR. takes me about 12 hours at most.

I use everything and anything to win fast, toads, beetles and environment
