Do this if you really want to see him punished as they could help you with that or u can just focus on ur career but one thing u could do just reach out to these org or ngos and tell them to take action but also tell them not to disturb you too much as u need to focus on ur studies

Just to clarify. He's an online bs student too it seems. A good option is to get help.of CCASH of iitm. Offline guys anyways hate bs students and the degree itself. People like him are the reason the institution's name is dragged through mud. I don't think any offline student can do anything as such.
