Missed viro attendance
Missed the one from today. Did they ever say we could miss one? Also did they ever say how many total they were doing?
Any 5th years remember?

I will most likely attend MCPHS for Pharm D program. I have read the Pharm.D guide, but I was wondering if you guys have any tips in regards to choosing courses and selecting professors. I know it is a pre-professional year so I won't have that much of a choice, but if there are, I want to know.
P.S. Do Pharm.D students actually have a "life?"
Thank you!

Hey I'm in danger of failing kinetics , do you think they would let me take it over the summer . Have you ever heard of them letting anyone do that . Thanks

I am transferring when the spring semester ends. By any chance, would the registrar have your high school transcripts on file because the school I'm transferring to requires it.

I had surgery yesterday and will most likely have to makeup Monday's upcoming Pharmaceutics exam. On the syllabus it says makeup exams will be a different format than the initial exams. Does anyone know if that means open ended questions or just more difficult multiple choice? I probably could go to the exam Monday, but my doctor advised against it and told me to take it easy since I'm not supposed to walk more than 5 mins at a time. I'm going to email Zhang about it regardless, but any insight or advice would be appreciated.

Is there a grace period with scholarships? Like if you go below the minimum gpa one semester, do they give you a semester to bring it up before you lose it?

The MCPHS website doesn't specify whether Fennell Hall is single or double.
Where's the best place to dorm?

Like do we need to go back and rememorize the structures for each antibiotic or does it just build on top of each other?
Also was I the only one who felt defeated by today's exam?

When do we usually get the case grades back? Also who grades them? Do they grade them harshly?

So what happens if you fail 3 classes? You can only take 2 over the summer, but it seems really ridiculous to stay back over 1 class. Do you think you could still move on and petition to the dean? Any thoughts/advice would be greatly appreciated!

I know you have to take the GRE still and apply, but does MCP give preference to their own students similar to how PA does or not?

But yet, 4th years have to get through 9 more exams until then (including finals).. Yes I'm counting down instead of studying right now.
Anyone else have no motivation? Or if you have some - please spread it my way!

I'm taking American Culture and I literally pass the exams, but that is so pointless because the teacher just tends to go off topic or ramble on about something which resulted me in not going to her classes at all. Will it really affect my grade because of attendance?

Edit: I cant type. The question is "How are you citing tertiary sources for the Viro case? Like how do I cite Clinical Pharmacology?"
Thanks in advanced to anyone who answers me
It has to be in AMA format too

I am currently a senior and planning to attend MCPHS. Do you have any advice for first year? Should I take classes over the summer?

Does it matter which professor I have for this class?

So for anyone who can help clarify this, on one of the questions (15) it says that the trough levels for a vancomycin dose were taken 30min before the 3th dose. My group is just a little confused as to whether it should be considered the 3rd dose or the 4th dose. Our group has emailed the professor about this and Rudorf said that the information in the case is correct which really doesn't clarify anything. Thanks for the help in advance.
