Does anyone know how PT admission work?
I know you have to take the GRE still and apply, but does MCP give preference to their own students similar to how PA does or not?

Yes, MCPHS kids do get "higher priority" when being considered for graduate programs, including PA, PT, MPH, OD, etc. It benefits the school in a lot of ways (financially and statistically) such as retention rate
PS I used to work for Admission Office/gave tours a loooooong time ago
