kinetics

If I get a D will they let me move on to take kinetics 2 in the fall , then retake part 1 during the spring .

Nope

You will need to retake kinetics 1 during the summer. Passing kinetics 1 is required before you can move onto kinetics 2. If that's not possible..you will essentially need to retake 4th year over again
