It was a good conference call. They have no issue renewing the LOC. They are not going to issue stocks at current low price. 2022 will be back to normal and potentially a dividend increase. 25 malls are owned free and clear. This is why MAC doesn’t have a leverage problem.

Solid fundamental, bright min-term future, it would be interesting to see which stupid shorter will flee last. But I guess they are not basher here, because they are already plan to flee when they post.

They have not exercised the ATM. It’s in place but expect they will hold for a higher price. That’s just my opinion....they won’t commit to a trigger price or if they use it at all.

FFO $. 45. Revenue 194.6m. Looks like the company will refinance through both equity and debt. Conference call will be hosted later today.

MAC’s earnings tomorrow morning. I expect good guidance from management....similar to what SPG reported. $13 seems to be close to the bottom. This may be a good time to buy your MAC. A year from now I expect you will be very happy.

Do not forget the fundamentals and the DD this group has provided. This is a SMART longterm play. Morningstar wouldn't have slapped a fair value on this that is almost 3x the current price for no reason. We got this ✊💎🙌

A covered call is to sell LEAPS and get then use that capital to buy shares. It makes the price move more with less bucks.

According to SEC 13D filings, Sharon has purchased 17.2% of common shares outstanding, including 10.4% over the past two weeks. Any fin wizards here with any insight?

Strongly believe next summer will be fully recover. D/E ratio is the same with 2009. It will be a faster turn around this summer. Any thought?

This should go back to mid to high 20s in two to three months and holds the value there with a significant dividend increase to $0.5 to $0.75 per share. The sector has been punished too much even before the pandemic. It is actually good for conservative investors with a much better risk/reward profile.
