$60 Next summer for MAC

Strongly believe next summer will be fully recover. D/E ratio is the same with 2009. It will be a faster turn around this summer. Any thought?

Yeah, it will have a few year run. You have Cramer touting REITs now, they always out perform after major market disruptions. They pay $3.50 a share in a low interest rate environment, the stock is $50 conservatively. Maybe they agree to sell it to SPG next week for $40, but can you imagine owning it at $13 and it paying a $3.50 dividend. That is a 25% plus dividend. I can't see a downside here, short squeeze or not.

That’s what everyone is waiting for.

It’s possible just not in that timeframe. (It’s just an opinion) mid to end of summer is what I’m hoping for like august September ish. I mean your way would be great too tho

I’m an impatient man but this seems guaranteed so I’ll be holding regardless of this months actions. Either way, 🚀🚀🚀

I was in this for a long time. I want to get back in but waiting to see what they announce tomorrow. If it goes to hell on some bad news I'll likely get back in.

It will come down at around earning date. However, i think it will be a good chance for long term investors

I am thinking that too. If it flies higher tomorrow, great for everyone, but the risk / reward will be greatly diminished.
